Nice sounds my ears are small kept falling out. I pushed them in but didn't fit my ear

These buds fit well and sound awesome, when used with Samsung devices they can be set and tuned even more to your liking. The switch flawlessly in between my Note 10, Ipad, FireTV, and PC.

music quality is great. they fit perfectly in my ears. the only reason I didn't give 5 stars the fact that people have a hard time hearing me when I'm on the phone. but other than that I love them. I have had every generation of Samsung ear buds and this is the best by far.

This were great. Just wish they could have stayed in my ear after sweating. If trying to control while sweating, it would raise or lower volume non-stop as the sweat would interfere. I think the older model was better besides the noise cancellation.

I bought these to replace my Galaxy Buds+ that were damaged going through the washing machine. The sound on the Buds Pro is amazing. The active noise cancelling is excellent and much better than the Buds+. The downside seemed to be a shorter battery life but I was willing to live with that for the much better audio performance. They are advertised as 8 hours, vs the Buds+ 11 hours, but in practice, the Buds Pro have about half the battery life of Buds+. I never got more than 6 hours out of them, where I easily was getting 10+ hours on the Buds+. The battery life would probably have me giving these 3 or 4 stars, but there is a huge design flaw that drops my rating down to 1 star. These buds will NOT stay in my ears! I tried all three sizes of the rubber cups and rotated them every way they could be placed into my ears, but they would not maintain a tight fit. The Buds+ have a rubber ring around them that hooks onto my ear very well, but these rely strictly on the rubber cups gripping the inside of the ear canal. Wearing them while doing yard work or exercising and any sweat would just make the completely slip out of my ears. Of course your experience may vary, but I see many other complaints about the fit of these. I wish I could adapt the rubber ring from the Buds+ to these, but that didn't work so I returned them to BestBuy and swapped them for another set of Buds+.

I use these with a galaxy 21 ultra, and I am pretty happy with them. I came from the prior galaxy buds+ and haven't really noticed much difference. I primarily upgraded to these for the active noise canceling, with the anticipation of business travel once covid eases up.

I purchased the Samsung galaxy buds pro because I have a Samsung phone. The sound quality and voice quality are good and comparable to other high end headphones. However, the headphones will not stay in my ears! I bought them hoping that I would be able to workout with them, but I cannot even bend over to tie my shoe without them falling out of my ear. I have tried all of the ear piece sizes to no avail. Now I am stuck with a pair of headphones I can only use when I am sitting upright and not moving because it is past the Best buy return date. What a waste of $200.

I wanted to love these...so badly. However, apparently I have a weird ear shape/size/composition. This means that I struggle to find a secure, lasting fit for these buds. They always seem to work themselves loose. I even tried aftermarket tips (Comply memory foam tips), but was, again, frustrated by failure. It's not all bad...these things have amazing sound! Plus they have a really cool array of features when they are used with a Samsung phone. I just wish they included some kind of wing, or tip to keep them in place better.

I would say not to buy these if they're too far outside your price range because they're really not worth it. You might as well just get the cheaper ones. They sound fine and work fine, but my voice recognition doesn't work and my wife's has issues as well. The buds are supposed to automatically lower the volume of the music and increase ambient sound when they hear that you're trying to talk to someone with your earbuds in (if you have it set up that way in the app). The audio underwhelmed me dramatically. They sound like $40 earbuds from Wal Mart. I have only used them on one phone call and it sounded very clear, so if you're looking for hands-free phone calls outside the car, they're perfectly adequate.

Purchased these for my hubby two years ago and they are still going strong. He loves these buds. The sound is great, they stay in his ear very well and I just purchased my first pair. Cant wait to try them out.

Great sound, it really provides a surprising deep low end. They are a little too big for my ears, I wish they had smaller tips.

My son loves these did have to purchase different ear fittings but he has small ears.

Theyre one of the best on the msrket but they hurt my ears SO badly.

Galaxy Buds Pro are a quality pair of earbuds as far as the sound (great sound profile with good bass) and the features, especially when paired with a Samsung phone. The ambient mode allows you to hear your surroundings pretty well even while listening to music. Tip: if using a recent Samsung device, set the device's EQ profile to "Jazz" for a deep but balanced sound. Great for rock/metal/hip hop. My only big complaint is the strange shape of the eartips - the unique oval shape is uncomfortable for me and lots of others, and the actual connector piece from the eartip to the main part of the buds has an odd oval shape as well, meaning 3rd party/replacement eartips will be non-standard and hard to find online.
