I tend to use these buds when on the phone or listen to books, and only like to use one ear so i can still hear the door bell or stuff goung on in the house. My previous buds (older and a different brand) could only use the right ear independently, so this is a great feature. Plus if one ear battery starts to fade i can switch ears. Also these are super clear while talking on the phone. People i talk to who used to complain said that there is a noticeable difference and that they are much clearer (noises from cooking and cleaning is less noticeable). While i am still struggling with is finding the spot to hit to pause and start my audio, I am getting better. Also still working on how to sut these in the ear to be most snug.

They do not fit very well in your ears, and I find myself a few times an hour having to re-insert them. I upgraded from the Buds+ and was able to run with them for 15+ miles. I won't even try to run with these new ones. Do not recommend until the fitment issue is resolved.
