Definitely an upgrade from the galaxy buds. The pros have more bass & are louder. The case is smaller & easy to carry around.

Very comfortable earbuds. My only issue is that the battery life is terrible. Youll get maybe 4-6hrs tops. For this price you should get double that in my opinion. I bought a pair of Anker earbuds and the battery life is unreal awesome!!! Would not recommend at all.

I love the features on these particular buds. I just couldn't get them to stay in my ear. They're not like the older models where you can twist them so the buds would stay in place. I had the smallest ear pieces & they wouldn't stay in my ears.

I use to be anti best buy when I had a horrible experience with a digital camera that was D.O.A. after paying a protection plan and sending out the camera 6 times to the manufacturer I finally received a new one. I finally took the plunge on getting earpods. Kim was amazing and helped me pick the galaxy pro to be more compatible for my phone. I absolutely love them and have had no issues. I purchased the warranty again hoping to not have to use it. Thank you for restoring my faith in best buy with your amazing, kind and patient employees.
