I wanted to love them. Have the Buds+ which I loved and used daily. I wanted to upgrade and could choose between the Pro's and Buds 2. After reading reviews and looking at specifications, I decided on the Pro's. I dont know what I did. I like that they can connect seamlessly to my Watch 4 and the battery life is amazing. My only complaint is with the fit. They do not stay in and when they do, its uncomfortable. I have tried all included tips, moved them around and shoved them in but it doesn't work. They will fall out and especially during a work out. Lucky that the wearable app provides the Find My Buds option, because one fell out during a run and was temporarily lost. If they do stay in, they hurt and my ear canal 'sweats'. I want to love them because $149 is a lot but, I find myself dreading putting them in when I have to use them for an extended period of time. Maybe they'll work and be comfortable for others.

In my opinion, these are the very best earbuds on the market. I’ve tried AirPods (3rd gens) and beats ear buds and these are way better. Plus has a very good noise canceling system built in that works great.

I loved the ease of use with these. Being a Samsung phone user there was not much need for any kind of set up. Unfortunately had to pass these on, even with the different size buttons they would not stay in my small ear canals. Sound was awesome, took me a minute to get used to the sound stopping when I just cleares my throat, but I think that can be turned off.

I like them better then the samsung buds 2 as those would fall out my ear all the time if im working or moving

These were good but i returned and ended up getting AirPods i might go back to get them because my ears are small and AirPods get loose..

These are amazing. The sound isolating / active noise cancellation is awesome! They connect to whatever device you need them to and they do it quickly. They are impressively comfortable and they even look cool.

Though the sound was wonderful with these buds, they did not provide a very good fit and kept falling out

Sound quality is great. Phone conversations really good, limited wind noise while i speak. The passive sound is amazing. The lowered volume when i speak is a really cool feature. The reason for a 4, the earpiece tends to rotate forward and come loose, when my jaw is moving, i.e. talking yawning... Better than other, not quote as good as the fit of the Pixel buds (poor connection). When it does come loose i tned to touch the "button" and it interrupts whatever i'm listnenting too. Fine for walking and mayne at the gym, would stay in on a bike ride.

These were "okay" at best but no where near the Sony XM4's I returned them for. For my ear they were painful and I just couldn't get a good fit. The sound quality was decent.

Easy to set up and use. Clear sound. Long lasting. Worth the purchase.

By far one of the best consumer earbuds I've owned. The noise cancellation is perfect. Downsides I have is battery life a measley 5 hours which is nothing compared to other with 7-8 hours, but it's the price you pay for Active noise cancellation. Other downsides I would have to say is voice detect is pretty annoying at times. Yes it's useful when you walk into a shop and order food with them on, but it goes off even when you hum causing the music to turn down and Turing ambient sound on. Of course you can just turn of voice detect like I have since I rarely use it. Overall great sound quality though battery life could be better.

Sound quality is great. Noise cancelation is ok not the best in the market. They fit my ears fine. My biggest pet peeve is the touch controls especially the volume controls.

These are a massive upgrade from the Buds Live. They sound great (comparable to the AirPods Pro) and the active noise cancelling works very well. I really like the feature where it will detect your voice and switch to transparency mode. The only issue with that is if you start singing along with the music they think you're talking to someone and go into transparency mode.

The most uncomfortable buds I have. These things are the best sounding buds I have ever heard but are way to uncomfortable. I have owned the galaxy bud, the galaxy buds plus and now these and by far these have the best audio Quality of any of them. However I can only ware them for about 30 to 40 min befor they start to either fall out or become to uncomfortable to have on. The audio quality almost makes them worth it but not quite. Not sure why they are so different from previous generation as far is comfort but they are. Audio wise they have great sound. The base gets incredibly low and the mids and highs are spot in.

Sounds great, good fit they stay in place when I move around

These headphones are great! I had only used headphones that were connected, but these are a game changer. They charge fast. The battery lasts me about 3 days on a single charge, 2 hours a day at the gym.
