The left earbud would make a very faint beep noise constantly and even removing the earbud and putting it back on wouldn’t resolve this issue. Tried favoring resetting the earbuds but the problem continued. Retuned these and got AirPods Pro.

Old design was more comfortable

Great sound quality during calls and listening to music. I really like the nouse canceling feature with voice detection. My only complaint is that they do get a little uncomfortable when i wear them for more than an hour, but i have small ears so this has always been an issue for me with any in-ear headphones I've worn.

Ear infection

I read on the website that the Samsung pro was giving a lot of people ear infections. I do clean them regularly with hospital grade wipes to disinfect.
