These work really well and are very useful. They are more useful than I thought that they would be, but they were also more expensive than I think they should be. The sound quality and noise cancelling are good, The most annoying thing is they can occasionally fall out randomly and can be difficult to find; that is scary considering how expensive they were.

Sounds good & does a good job cancelling out noise, however when I go running the sweat tends to make them slip out of my ears.

No doubt that they work great but the unit i purchased was defective ( constantly disconnecting ) and was returned and exchanged for a new set ... The new set has been working just fine without any problem at the moment.... The buds are large and feel at times like there falling out... just make sure to turn on the (block touches !) otherwise you might switch between functions and mute yourself during a call and not even realize it tell the other caller hangs up on you...lol The settings are a bit frustrating to use but once you get the hang of it becomes easier,

Good sound quality and functionality. The only problem is that the ear buds will not stay in my ears. I tried the different covers that were supplied. It would be nice if there was an optional piece for over the ear. I almost lost them due to this issue.

Here is the good... I am using these exclusively with my Note 9 and have been very happy with them. They have good battery life when paired with the case's charge. The sound is great for audio books and music alike. Call quality has been good so far and no one has complained that they could not hear me. Now for the not so good... The controls are a bit sensitive and can be activated by a brush of the arm or when adjusting the fit. For me even the largest of the ear pieces is a bit looser then I would like and the bud has slipped out at times. The last thing is that the controls are a bit limited. This is due to the compact design and only having tap, double tap and long tap as available controls, it gets the job done but it less them I am used to in other headsets. Overall, these are great ear buds and I would recommend then to other Samsung users.

I use these in a machine shop and I am able to get about 110 feet away from my phone before they disconnect. No other Bluetooth earbuds I have had have ever been able to do that. Works seamlessly with my Galaxy phone. The Bass in these things is awesome. Able to charge the base on a wireless charger, no cons, all pros.

Great sound and functionality but they don't stay in your ear well. I ended up losing these on a Delta flight and they never were found. I must have put them in the seat back pocket. Regardless, I liked the carrying case was also a charger. The only issue I had was the fact that they were not very tight in my ear even after changing the rubber covers.

Great upgrade to my previous galaxy buds which had problems with mic during calls. The call quality is great and the music experience is even better. Only downside is that it doesn't seem to fit perfectly to your ears. Esp. If you're working out or running with it. They tend to fall after a while. Might be different with different people.

The sound itself is normal but the ambient sound option is great when out running (can still hear approaching cars) or at work. My buds do tend to pop out of my ears a little if I'm chewing something or smiling. If they included different sized or shaped ear piece other than the ones it comes with then that would probably fix the problem.

The sound good, have a great battery life, but the comfort can vary. They stay in ear pretty well, but I know that can can also vary from person to person. Also the smooth connection to devices is nice.

Great sound quality. ANC works well, but of course does not cancel out 100% but would say about 85-90%. Ambient sound works very well. When pairing the earphones to the wearable app, you can alter the soft touch of the earphone and different settings which is helpful. In the box comes three different silicone ear pieces to help fit right, even with the large they do slightly move especially when moving the ears or such, but otherwise stay in place well.

This is not a review of the Pro Buds vs brand X. In the BB store in my area, your top of line choice is Pro Buds vs Jabra 85t, which I did not buy and did not try. But, that may be a good thing as depending on you music source, it may take several hours to appreciate the Pro Buds sound quality. I have recently been griping about the quality of the sound from my wired Klipsch Buds with my new phone. Swore they sounded better on my old phone. In hindsight, I remember that I was listening to my own recorded mp3's versus now listening to Amazon's standard streaming service. A comparison of Amazon to an actual CD reveals a remarkable difference. An actual CD will demonstrate an incredible amount of clarity that Amazon will not. With Amazon, I need to run Samsung's base boost setting to get the king of response from a CD with no EQ. So, I guess that seals the deal that these are quality buds. However, all is not perfect. I think the bottom line is that man was not made to listen to sounds with something jammed in your ear. Hence, I find that the sound of drums to be off regardless of source. I guess my head isn't tuned properly.

I really like the features these earphone have. Noise cancelling and ambient sounds are very useful for different settings. I sing a lot while listening to music so I don't use the feature that lowers the volume when talking very much. The sound is really good, and I'm happy for it. However, my biggest issue with these (and other in-ear earphones) is that with my small ears and ear canal, they don't fit snuggly in my ear, even when using the smallest tips. It can become painful or uncomfortable having them in. I'm constantly having to push or twist them back in and the loose fit diminishes the quality of the sound. With the hefty cost, I'm always concerned they're going to fall out and get lost. If I'm laughing or bending, I have to pay attention to or hold them so they don't fall out. For this reason, I would never run or do any rigorous activities with them in. I wish they were a bit smaller or that they made a line for people with smaller ears. I've only ever found one set of earphones that are inner-ear and fit snuggly in my ear.

I've owned these for over a month and I an very pleased with my purchase. Battery life in my opinion is great as I have them on while working. The active noise cancelation worked great although I have no other buds to compare them with. Ambient mode is great for listening to music while also being able to hear what's going on around you. I've lost one of them and as long as it isn't dead you can track it down with GPS and then use a signal detector to pinpoint or even make them chirp when not visible. Definitely worth the money in my honest opinion.

I absolutely WANTED WANTED WANTED the Samsung - Galaxy Buds Pro True Wireless Earbud Headphones. AND I WANTED WANTED WANTED them in the Phantom Violet. So of course, when the sales came out for the holiday, I snatched myself up a pair and was sooooo happy I would finally get a wireless headphone that was super pretty and sounded amazing! And I got exactly that. The ear buds are a beautiful color and very stylishly made, the sound quality is amazing, and the noise cancelling made life and noise just drift away... However (long pause) I don't love them at all anymore. Maybe this is on me for not thinking ahead about what my true purpose for these headphones were. If you are a strict music lover, podcast listener, movie watcher, GET THESE BUDS! But... if you want these for business or personal calls, zoom meetings, anything that involves TALKING with the buds in your ears, search for a product that has a true grip in/over your ears capability. Obviously if you are an Android/Samsung user, the set-up is so simple and practically everything is already done for you. Bonus. The buds auto-connect when you open the case. Bonus when you do it. Not bonus when your kids does it from the other room... lol. The intended system settings are easy to understand and use. All great right? Until you get to talking. Like I said, maybe I didn't think this through but, when you have ear buds that don't really anchor in your ear, and you get going with all the jaw and facial movements that come with talking, they work themselves right on out of your ear. So just push them back in, right? Nope. The great part of these buds is that you can control volume and noise cancellation and ambient setting all with the touch of a finger. However, it also controls the connect/disconnect call functions too. So, when you are shoving the buds back into your ear for the millionth time, guess what happens the second your finger touches the sensors (intentional or not). Yup. You hang up. Truely by accident of course but by the 3rd or 4th time, that irritates the hell out of your clients. Well dummy, you say, just turn that feature off right? Well, why didn't I think of that?? Oh, wait. I did. But for some mysterious reason, it keeps reverting back to the default setting no matter how many times I tried. And yes, I hit 'save'. So... if you want the Galaxy Buds Pro for business calls or meetings or pretty much anything that involves moving facial muscles, I recommend you keep shopping. If you are looking for a great looking and great sounding bud to just relax, listen and not talk to anyone for a while, these are for YOU!

Love the noise cancellation and the ambient sound. The fit is pretty decenr but they can start popping out of your ear. They do have it so you can turn off touch so it wont stop or skip with touch, but then that obviously doesnt make stopping or skipping easily accessible. Overall I like them but the righr ear bud has lost sound.

I bought the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro headphones for my daughter, and she was thrilled! The sound quality is excellent. Additionally, you barely feel them when wearing them. I also believe that these headphones offer a great balance between price and quality. I will definitely be recommending this product to my friends.
