love them the samsung buds pro. sound great and work great. just a tiny problem keeping them in ear, keep changing sizes to smallest but fall out at times. looking to upgrade to a in ear wrap around ear set.

Love them! They have good sound and are very comfortable. Good battery life and easy charging.

Originally purchased Apple airpod pros, but wound up switching to these. Very very happy I made the switch. I wish they were slightly smaller, and they can be a little uncomfortable if worn wrong. I'm definitely happy with them. The ANC and Ambient are easy to use with any device. I definitely recommend

Honestly, these suck. They worked great for about 6 months. Noise cancellation was awesome. About a year in the left one stopped working and will only sometimes play at full volume. Most of the time it won't make any sound at all or it will be very, very faint. No amount of cleaning or updating has fixed it. 2 years in now and they won't even stay in my ears. I reached out for replacement silicone buds and both Samsung AND Best Buy told me that they don't sell them separately. 2 years in I have a pair of earbuds that *kinda* work and won't stay in my ears while working out. I will never buy these again.

Good quality headphones, solidly built. They connect to devices, even Apple computers, relatively quickly. The two available spund features, noise canceling and ambient, are useful. Noise cancelling for when I'm working out so i dont need to listen to trashy gym music. Ambient is better for when working in the office so I can still have conversations. Battery life is eh, but the quick charging case makes up for it. Touch functions are useless.

Used these while exercising. Never any issue. Great sound and comfortable to wear.

Easy to use, and charge. Fit in ear could be slightly better, has fallen out while active. Overall sound quality is decent. Being able to tap to control pass through audio/ noise cancellation is a nice touch. I like them, but the next generation should be right around the corner.

Good sound quality. Only negative for me is that It has fallen out of my ear a couple of times while running. The operations are touch sensitive which make them hard to adjust when coming out.

i love the quality of the product. sound is clear and noise cancellation is awesome ...the only reason im giving it a 4 is because it won't stay in my ear. Not sure if its the opening to my ear that is small but if it had an attachment to where u can pull it around your ear then i would be perfect

The sound, battery life and charging speed are all great. The downside is the lack of a wingtip to hold the bud in your ear. These are my gym headphones. During weight lifting they stay seated in my ear pretty well. After a half hour or so, they do come loose due to sweat. On the treadmill they come loose every 10 minutes or so BUT I havent had one make a break for it yet. Im able to feel it and correct it before they fall out. Compared to the older gen, you lose that confidence that itll stay seated in your ear but the sound qualiy is significantly better.

Great noise cancelling and all the features you would expect and were waiting for in an ear bud set. Voice detection is a nice feature, ear insertion and retention could use some improvement, however overall one of the best sets I've owned, making me retire my bose quiet control 3.0

These is my first pair of in ear phones and I'm very happy with the performance. The noise cancelling is good but not great. The music sound is very good. Particularly for me where it shines is in actual phone calls. It's so much easier to hear the caller and I believe they also help the other way around. Battery life is good in my opinion but I have no baseline to compare to. Overall good choice and I'm satisfied with this purchase.

Recently switched to the android system.Sooo.. Bye bye apple! Went all in Note 20 Ultra so figure their buds and sound tech had to be spot on, and I was delightfully pleased at the sound which simply kills the airpod pros! They have awesome hear it feel it bass! Try each eartip to get the correct sound they are amazing I had to use the large ones. The app is awesome great eq settings. Definitely worth getting even at full price!

Excelenty sound and very conforable to wear working out and for long durations. Noise canceling is good. Ambient mode is excelent - it sounds like you have a stereo on in the background. The voice detection is a great feature however needs some more development.

I upgraded from the original Galaxy Buds. The sound is way better with better bass. It has more customization options as well. Answering a call and the call quality is way better. Waiting for the new One UI 3.1 to.come out to try out the 360 audio feature they are supposed to have. Connectivity is great. I have been able to pull them out and put them back in and start the song back up again with no lag. The Galaxy Buds would always disconnect.

The sound the look and fit are perfect. But the touch functions are very inconsistent. When your running or walking while trying to turn up the volume or change songs the touch function dosen't alway seem to understand what your doing. Could just be operator error.

have Absolutely no issues with these earbud. the battery life is great, the fit is perfect to my ears, the touch gestures work great, the noise canceling is very impressive for these little earbuds, and the sound quality is the best I've ever heard from in ear earbuds.

These buds have great sound quality, and ease of use. The only complaint I have is that they don't stay in my ears very well when I am overly active (running, jumping rope, etc.) I have small ears, so even with the smallest tips, they sometimes come out.

Incredible sound! Incredible. And I’m nearly deaf. I had to return them, I regretted it so much. I only did so because they weren’t completely compatible with my iPhone and didn’t function as hearing aids with the iOS operating system (which I needed desperately), The only criticism is the shape ! And it’s that I think the shape of the original Samsung Buds was much more snug fit. Other than that, these are amazing.

I love the sound, although if the car could lock it would be better, and the in ear for factor needs work. I had to buy second hand ear cushions to replace the originals.
