The sound the look and fit are perfect. But the touch functions are very inconsistent. When your running or walking while trying to turn up the volume or change songs the touch function dosen't alway seem to understand what your doing. Could just be operator error.

Incredible sound! Incredible. And I’m nearly deaf. I had to return them, I regretted it so much. I only did so because they weren’t completely compatible with my iPhone and didn’t function as hearing aids with the iOS operating system (which I needed desperately), The only criticism is the shape ! And it’s that I think the shape of the original Samsung Buds was much more snug fit. Other than that, these are amazing.

These buds have great sound quality, and ease of use. The only complaint I have is that they don't stay in my ears very well when I am overly active (running, jumping rope, etc.) I have small ears, so even with the smallest tips, they sometimes come out.

These earbuds are awesome!!! Way better sound than the galaxy buds plus and buds live... I can compare these to the Jabra Elite 75t they both have nice bass especially when listening to hip hop music but I think the sound of the Galaxy Buds Pro are way better than the Jabra Elite 75t. And the call quality is superb!!! Crystal clear calls and they can also hear you clearly as well. Definitely worth the price and Definitely worth buying

Honestly, these suck. They worked great for about 6 months. Noise cancellation was awesome. About a year in the left one stopped working and will only sometimes play at full volume. Most of the time it won't make any sound at all or it will be very, very faint. No amount of cleaning or updating has fixed it. 2 years in now and they won't even stay in my ears. I reached out for replacement silicone buds and both Samsung AND Best Buy told me that they don't sell them separately. 2 years in I have a pair of earbuds that *kinda* work and won't stay in my ears while working out. I will never buy these again.

These buds are great! Functions perfectly as advertised. The only minor glitch I guess, depending on how your ears are formed inside, is that you may need to upgrade the soft ear tips to a better grade soft ear tip, that conforms beter to your ear for a more sealed fit. I switched out the ear tips that came with the buds and I couldn't be happier, I definitely recommend these ear buds.

Used these while exercising. Never any issue. Great sound and comfortable to wear.

Good fit. Dont fall out during activities. Great sound. ANC is good while playing basketball or during other loud activities. Pro arent as seemless as Buds+. Find myself opening my phone to pkay media where as buds+ pick up exactly where I left off 2 days ago or more.

have Absolutely no issues with these earbud. the battery life is great, the fit is perfect to my ears, the touch gestures work great, the noise canceling is very impressive for these little earbuds, and the sound quality is the best I've ever heard from in ear earbuds.

I've used several sets of Bluetooth earphones and headphones before, from the twenty dollar pharmacy specials to multi-hundred dollar top brand ones, and these are by far my favorites. I mostly use them to listen to media; voice (podcasts) as well as music. They fit comfortably, they have excellent sound quality, the battery life is amazing, noise canceling works great and the wireless operating range is excellent. The earphones can only be charged in the case but the case has its own battery which will keep you going all day. The case has a USB-C connector for charging from a wall charger; no charger is included but it does come with a short USB A to C cable. The case also charges wirelessly on any QI compatible wireless charger. When the earphone batteries die, it takes just a few minutes in the case to get them charged up enough to put them back in your ears for hours. And you can use and charge each ear bud individually. Putting one ear bud in the case while you keep the other one in your ear won't end your phone call (unless you accidentally touch the button of course) and neither will getting the second bud out of the case while wearing the other. The earbuds can be paired with multiple devices at the same time (leave the case open, put both earbuds in your ears and hold the buttons for a few seconds until you hear a tone to go into pairing mode). I have them paired with my phone, my work computer and my home computer. When you want to switch devices, you sometimes have to tell the currently connected device to disconnect, before you tell another device to connect. You don't have to use pairing to switch from one device to another. When using these earbuds for phone calls, the people on the other side have a much easier time to understand me than with any of my other earbuds. Noise canceling is as good as you can expect. If you jam the earbuds all the way into your ears so no air gets past them, you're completely cut off from your surroundings. But at least in my case, that also increases bone conductivity so I can hear every footstep or other motion in my ears, which is just too annoying. So I usually pull them out just a tiny bit. I'm sure your mileage may vary: everyone's ears are different. When you're in a room with other people and you want to converse with them while wearing these, or when you're in traffic, you can switch to "ambient sound" mode by pushing and holding the button on one of them (buttons are reprogrammable using an app). In ambient sound mode, the earbuds play the sound from the microphones in your ears instead of using them to cancel noise. It makes it so it's almost as if you're not wearing them. I'm very happy with these earbuds, and I'm wearing them more often than I expected, and longer than I expected. They're not cheap, but definitely worth the money.

I love the sound, although if the car could lock it would be better, and the in ear for factor needs work. I had to buy second hand ear cushions to replace the originals.

WIth the new phones removing headphone jacks I wanted to try a wireless solution. The Galaxy Buds Pro earbuds do a pretty good job. Sometimes it's tricky getting them in without pausing or restarting music and the fit isn't perfect, but I'm happy with them overall.

I love these headphones, the noise cancellation is exactly that and works so well. They fit comfortably in the ear. Only con is when I use them when I workout and I start sweating they do start to come out and it’s a constant fight to keep them in.

These are by far the best earbuds i have ever owned or used. They can be used to enhace hearing for daily life. They are the only earbuds that have been tested against hearing aids. My wife had re-sound hearing aids and she said these work better at 1/4 the cost. They amplify your surroundings and you are able to control how much amplification you want. The sound is crystal clear and you are able to connect them to your smart tv. I only have fire tv and roku but they work on both and there is 0 time lag. There are so many features with them that i dont feel like i have enough space to truly capture all of them in this review. From the different touch capabilities to the fact that when you are connected to your smart tv, when you remove them, it automatically pauses what you are watching. I want to wear them all the time. While you are connected to the tv they still work as hearing aids. I have yet to mention the fact that when you start talking they will automatically lower the sound level of what you are listening to and keep it low, for a time period of your choosing, so you can hear a response. Samsung has really out done themselves with this product. The only negative thing i can say is that they only last about 8 hours on a single charge. I wish they would last 12 hours so i could leave them in all day. Good news is that it only took the 1 hour to be fully charged again using the case. I love these!!!

The noise canceling works great but I especially love when I start to speak it turns off. Great product, the fit could be better though. I use these everyday at the construction site and they work flawless especially when ambient sound is turned on.

The Galaxy buds pro are immaculate. The sound in dynamic mode is superb, bass is phenomenal and audio quality is just as good. They also improved the microphone on them tremendously. Sadly they dont stay in well with any size tip making it just 4 stars.

I really, really wanted to keep them: the sound is great, bass is great by deafault, noice cancelation is decent. However, when it comes to comfort, these are inferior to multiple others I tried: they are bulky, don't align with the curvature of my ear, fall out easy, unless you really shove them in and re-secure often. I red many reviews of people having the same issue, and the only solution proposed was to have bigger caps, but tgat helped only marginally. Galacy Buds used to have a rubber tip that would secure buds in my ear. So i decided to go with Galaxy Buds Plus, which have the same design. The bass is not great, but is easily rectified with a free equalizer app with bass bust feature.

I think these earbuds are the best that Samsung has ever made. The active noise cancelation is pretty good but it is definitely the same as Bose noise canceling headphones. I like how it also has a 2 way speaker it has more bass than the original galaxy buds.

I love this headset, the sound, the build and the overall experience, especially when paired with a Samsung phone is just phenomenal. I'm using a Galaxy Note 10 Plus with this headset and these are by far the best ones I've had. I've used Jabra, Jaybird and LG headsets and I can say these have the best sound out of all of them. When watching shows or movies any streaming service the sound is fully immersive. Dolby Atmos on the phone plus the 360 Audio setting for the headset, for me, takes the sound to a different level. The features are great too. You can program what each ear bud controls. The active noise cancelling does a great job in most noisy environments, I've been able to hear anything I'm watching or listening to while blocking out most if not all noise when in an area where multiple conversations are being had. The voice detect is a great feature where if you begin talking ambient sound comes on so you can hold a conversation then once your voice is no longer heard it turns off. Ambient sound sounds natural and doesn't make people sound mechanical. Call quality is awesome, even better than what I experienced with the Jabra Elite Active 75T. Walking down the street and even being on a city bus I've been told I can still be heard clearly unlike with the other headset I was told the background noise drowned me out or I sounded muffled. Overall this is a great headset thats worth every dollar, pick it and enjoy the immersive experience.

Sound is great, but has fallen out of my ear at times. Battery keeps its charge.
