I know there could be other reasons than just software compatibility between the same name brand products for better connection, but it being able to connect so quickly really helps my mother out. They fit comfortably in her ears, and the sound control is great.

The only thing I dont like is that they dont fit my ears like the previous generation ear buds did. They fall out a lot easier despite trying the smaller sizes. Pretty disappointed with this buy.

You do have to be sure you have adjusted them just right in your ear(s) or else they will fall out. This is the reason I gave a 4 for connectivity. Other than that I'm very pleased with them and glad I bought them.
