Sound quality of the ear buds isn't great! Have not been able to find the right size attachment for them to stay in my ears while running. The automatic switch of the noise cancelation tech works the way it should.

Outstanding sound from separate woofer and tweeter. The ear pads could grip a bit better, though. 3rd party replacements are available. I have two sets, one for phone and one for the TV.

These have great audio but the keep slipping out of my ears, even with the largest ear tips and so, when, I push them back in the ear, the ear uss are so sensitive to touch that it almost every time takes that as a touch to skip to the next song so kind of annoying. But pretty good batter live and like the charging case.

Sounds great. The fit is a little strange in my ears but that might just be me. It does come with three different sizes but can't find one that fits right. Otherwise great buds.

They are pretty good, great upgrade after my Buds+ I dont like that its way too easy to pause the music when moving them and they are kinda hard to fit at first but your ears will change shape over time

I almost returned these earbuds because they hurt my ears so bad. But I read others were having the same trouble and I took their advice and ordered some Comply SmartCore Variety Pack Premium Memory Foam Earphone Tips. Don't order the Comply TrueGrip Pro Memory Foam Tips for Samsung Galaxy Buds True Wireless Earbuds. I ordered the wrong ones at first thinking it was the correct kind but it is only for the original Galaxy Buds. They don't fit the new Galaxy Buds Pro. After I bought the first tips I listed above, they felt 100% better in my ears. Comply doesn't have eartips specifically for the Galaxy Buds Pro yet but these ones are still way better than what the earphones came with.

These Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro were a great purchase if you ask me. The sound quality is better than expected and I love the active noise cancelling. Prior to my purchase I was worried about the fit and comfort, but they fit so well in the ear and they do not bother at all. Sometimes i barely even realize they are there!

There are some really cool features. For instance, you can use a single earbud if one goes dead and each has an independent charging area in the case. However, this leads me to a negative which is the fact that the battery power in both earbuds may not die at the same time despite using them at the same time. This was a birthday gift for my partner, and so far he loves them. The audio is clear and his phone calls work much better than the Bluetooth in the car, and the noise cancellation is excellent. The only annoying part so far is trying to connect the earbuds to other Bluetooth devices, like a laptop, and then connecting them again to the cell phone. He’s still playing around with them, so we’ll see how it goes.

Nice sound quality. Fast charge. They fall out if your eating or chewing gum. Comes with extra bud covers. Wish they offered an x-small or xx-small bud cover for people with small ears.

The fit is great once you try the different size rubber ends to fit your ears. The sound is awesome. The use of the touch functions are a little cumbersome to use. But you can get used to it.

Sound is great. Fit is ok. They come loose pretty easily. The part that goes into your ear needs to be a little more ridgid

Had these for a few years now and the quality is hard to beat! Love the background noise and noise cancelation features! Would like it more if it stayed in ear better while working out.

Great sound. Finding the right tips for my ears was a pain. First pair always told me my case power was at 0 or didn't recognize the case. Exchange them, this pair no problem with the app with case.

Purchased these to use during work. I work in the construction field around loud equipment. I did not want to wear my 3m headphones anymore cause they were bulky and would hit when entering a piece of equipment. Overall these do a great job. The noise canceling does a good job of cutting down some of the noise and the music can still be heard over the equipment. Sound quality is 100% sounds amazing. The biggest complaint with these are the silicone ear buds. They get uncomfortable very quickly and are unwearable after an hour. After some searching i found some replacement buds on amazon that make these wearable for long peirods of time.

Fantastic headphones, amazing sound quality, and pairs well with PC, phones, Nintendo Switch. I can go all day using these headphones with minimal recharging from the case.

I had the original galaxy buds and these blow them out of the water! The sound is amazing and the new features as well, only reason I didn't give 5 stars is some may have problems with fitment

Excellent pair of buds. They sound good, and are fairly comfortable to use. The ambient sound feature is excellent, and the active noise cancelling is great as well. The sound stage is wide and bass is good. Mids and highs seem to come through well, with the bass siting further back, but it still sounds great. The Galaxy Wearable app that goes with the buds is amazing, and works well. Bought because I washed my Galaxy Buds Live in the washer by accident and they stopped charging, these sound better, but the galaxy buds were more comfortable for me.

I returned these and kept my Samsung Galaxy Buds +. The Buds Pro have worse battery even with ANC off. Also, I didn't think they fit as well as the + because they don't have wingtips. I felt like they were always about to come out of my ear and I'd have to re-adjust. I prefer the Buds + overall. The battery is fantastic (eleven hours), they fit great, and I didn't think the Pros sounded that much better. + still sound good and they still have ambient mode. Just no ANC but that's not a deal breaker for me personally.

This is my first-time purchasing Samsung earbuds. Overall, they are great I just cannot keep them in my ear. I personally would like more bass, but callers can hear me clearly which is most important for me.

These samsung galaxy buds pro is one the best investments that I have made when it comes to wireless Bluetooth, and the sound quality of music. I absolutely love the clarity and noise cancelation on these galaxy buds. It is very comfortable in the ear. These buds will make a great gift for someone.
