I am not a big fan of ear buds, but I love these. They are comfortable and they don't fall out easily. They have excellent sound quality.

These earbuds are amazing! Exactly what I was looking for. Sound is top notch, with an EQ system found in the Galaxy Wearables app. Once paired, they work seamlessly with your Samsung phone. I was a bit hesitant because I bought these specifically for working out, and they did not budge once! I even shook and shaked my head like a fool to see if they would fly out and they stayed in place. Touch controls are responsive and react accordingly, so if your intent is to raise volume, it does that instead of skipping forward or backwards. Very happy with this purchase!

The sound quality is good, but these "pro" buds have an extra bulge near the earpiece that make them fall out of my ears almost constantly. Other Samsung buds don't have this bulge. It's in such a weird spot - even when I *very carefully* put the buds in, exactly following instructions so they finally *feel* secure, a few head turns later I find they pop right out. I had to return them.

I struggle to hear. Blue tooth is my best bet while using a phone. I bought these to replace my lost galaxy buds. These actually startled me when I had them on. The noise cancelling was active without music playing. When I started the car and drove off I noticed my tinnitus was virtually gone. It was shocking. I have used otherwise cancelling phones that were not as noticeable help as these. The incident inspired me to seek more help. I am going to try hearing aids.

I love these ear buds, sometimes theu can hurt myvears, but i think its only because im always using them, so many settings make it more user friendly, really enjoy these.

They do not stay in my ears, always falling out. Sound quality is good.

Great sound. Battery life is very good. Only con is no additional silicone ear tips for differnt sizes were include. Have to purchase separately

Got this as a gift for my brother and he loves, noise cancelling is great and battery life is good, and from what he says they're really comfortable and he said they're 5 stars.

This only comes with one size rubber tips unlike the buds plus. Sound good but half the batter life of the buds plus.

They're awesome earbuds with amazing sound quality, but me personally i didn't like the fit. It was too big for my ears

Great buds. I can see where they may not fit all ears. My husband tried them and didn't find them comfortable but I did. Great sounds and I love how you can use either bud.

I give this product a 2 because they fall out of my ears all the time. The sales lady told me I could run with them with no problem. This is not true at all! The ear buds also fall out when I am walking and even sitting on a chair and move to stand up.

I upgraded to these from the lower tier samsung buds. These do fit in the ear different, that's for sure. You will adjust and get used to it. Sound quality with depth, bass, treble are light years better than previous model. For me, to get a better fit I used the largest ear socks. The larger ones plug my ears and fit more like a friction fit. Sure with activity you will have to adjust or push them in slightly but i think that is universal with all ear buds.

They sound good but I don't like how they keep falling maybe I just need to get used to them

They sound great. Only complaint is the controls on the earbud are in an inconvenient spot.

The earbuds are a nice design and color but are kind of uncomfortable to wear and often fall out of my ear when moving around. The case itself is kind of hard to handle because of the opening it’s slipped out of my hand several times and I have already scratched it so I recommend buying a case for it.

The ear buds have great sound and they are comfortable to wear! This is my 2nd pair of galaxy buds and they are always my favorite.
