I am sorry to have to do this but I give this product a 2. They don't hold a charge long and they continue to fall out of my ear. I am also often told that the sound quality isn't the greatest from the people that are speaking to me on the phone. I believe that my favorite company in the world can and should do better. I would have hate to thave to take by business else where.

I love my new buds. The sound is very clear and crisp. However, they are smaller than my previous pair. They often feel like they are falling out of my ear.

I couldn't get these new bud pro to stay in my ear. Love the quality and the sound was phenominal! Really wish they would have kept the wingtips on this version. Really want to keep them but being worried about them fallling out of my ear all the time was not worth it. Maybe I just have different sized ears of just wasn't doing it right.

Not as good as buds + for twice the price? The fit is terrible with the included tips but, unlike the buds +, tips can be changed to foam ones and still fit in the case. That improves the sounds and the noise canceling 10× over out the box. Touch controls are sluggish and its missing some of the great control features of buds +

Easy to control. Battery life should be a little longer. The case should have some type of grip tend to slide around if in my backpack, but the size is great.

The samsung ear buds pro along with s21 ultra and watch 4 classic are by far superior to apple. Great sound and comfort. Phone calls are clear.

Love the quality. The only downside is that they fall out of my ears sometimes

I know that Samsung has a lot of different earbuds to choose from but they really are varied so researching will help in choosing the right ones for your lifestyle, I have the Pro and Live buds, I'll probably but the Buds 2 just to round out my collection, the Pro Buds are packed with many useful features and the sound quality is excellent, check out the reviews on YouTube to get a better idea of options available in the Galaxy Wear app, but aside from all that the Pro Buds are the best overall in their lineup, iMHO

Very nice earbuds. lightweight, so they don't tend to fall out of your ears every 15 minutes. Sound is great, very crisp and clear, very balanced between high and low. Good volume. the microphones pick up sound nicely. Noise cancelling works very nicely, but when you turn off noise cancelling and turn on ambient sound you can hear everything going on around you without sacrificing the quality of the music. Only problem is usually less than 5 hours battery life. but they do charge quickly. Best wireless earbuds I have owned.

Sounds is great. Comfortable for long sessions. Color is nice as well.

They are good buds but the worse thing about them is that you cannot keep them in your ear for more than five minutes.

Unfortunately didn’t get to use it as long as I’d like. I thought the price was a little too high for me at least.

Does the job but the fit isn't the best. Even with the extra ear tips. Audio quality is fine and connection is simple. No complaints besides the fit.

Great earbuds if you have a Samsung phone. I don't recommend them if you have a iPhone, you won't have access to all the features.

Not big fan. Dont stay in ear - loose. Like bea s model much more

Very comfortable and easy to set up. The sound is also very good.

Very good sound and ANC. I like the 3 different sizes of ear pieces to get a good fit. The range is pretty good and they reconnect soon as you get back in range.

I love the functionality these came with. The noise cancelation and ambient sound are awesome. My only problem is that it does not stay in your ear. It falls out when I chew gum. I have almost lost these so easily due to it inability to stay comfortably in my ear. I returned this, then went back to the Buds+.
