I give it 2 stars because it doesn't stay in your ears and when you go to push it back in before it falls out you hang up your call.Im definitely returning once I return from vacation.

Sounds are extremely clear whether you're listening to music or having a conversation. I also love the colour

Great sound no doubt. However not built for working out. Constantly following off. Sweat easily dislodges them. Case not very sturdy.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Maybe it's just my ears but I could not get them to stay while running the sound is great but I bought these to run.

I have tried to give these a chance but I can't get them to stay in my ears. I tried the different tips but doesn't help. Sound is ok. I have better luck with my buds+. Wasted money on these.

Awesome! Love them. They're perfect for me. I work from home on my cell phone and they get the job done.

The noise cancellation is amazing can barely hear the outside world but I wish it had a little bit more bass because it barely has any but the sound quality is great and the microphone is good.

The product was everything I expected and then some, it came on time and I couldn't be happier.

Not sure how long they're supposed to last but they worked great at first and after 1.5 yrs, there's a static noise in left ear sometimes.

Just get the original samsung earbud. These thing dont sit my ear well at all. When you put both in the sound is echoed from left to right i couldn't be less happy with a product

I've had the galaxy buds and buds 2 they were both absolutely fantastic. When it comes to the buds pro ive found that personally they really hurt my ear. I've never had any issues with headphones hurting my ears and ive worn hundreds of different headphones throughout my life. I dont know why these ones hurt so bad. They sound absolutely fantastic. Way better than the previous buds but i just can't enjoy it when i find myself in pain from the earphones.

Samsung's desire to create products with sleek, smooth, and an almost "out of this world", futuristic aesthetic has failed them with these earbuds. While they sound just fine, they sit in your (or at least my) ears horribly. The design seem more fitting to one specific style of inner ear that no amount of alternative rubber tips will fix. Trying different sizes made no difference as the left bud had trouble staying in my ear. Anytime I tried eating or exercising with them in, I could feel them slipping out of my ear. I think this is due to the fact they arent designed to stick in your ears paired with the smooth, glossy surface that makes them glide out of your (or again, my) ears even easier. I finally discovered my purchase came with little rubber wing-tips that you could wrap around the buds to give them a far more effective shape to stick in your ears (Bose Quiet Comfort are a good example of this). For about a week it was blissful, not having to constantly readjust or jam the earbuds back in, feeling them digging and aching my inner ears. But then, either due to humidity or wear/stretching of the rubber, the tips became loose and now its an entirely new challenge trying to get them on the Galaxy Buds, and then staying in place as I put them in my ears. The design and innovation is horrible here. I'm sending my complaint to Samsung as well and swapping to Bose.

I dont use them a whole lot due to them falling out ALOT but they're really cool. Love the amplifier! You can pick up on the faintest sound. They automatically connect to my samsung phone which is convenient when im in a hurry n dont have time to manually connect them.

Ok, so I tried the buds live, original buds, wired akg that came with the phone, and my anker soundcore liberty pro. These by far had the best sounding bass and vocals. However they keep getting disconnected from the phone. The left one would beep than suddenly stop playing any sound but touch control would work? Weird. Sometimes the right one would do the same. It's probably something to do with the firmware. Maybe it's a bug or some kind glitch that needed fixing. When it works it great. ANC is okayish, not like the ones on expensive Sony Headphones.

These were garbage. Lost my galaxy lives znd "upgraded" to these... returned immediately and got the lives. They are huge my ears are small. No one could hear me. Hatted these

I bought these for my husband as a Christmas gift and he loves them! I wanted something that would we reliable for when he's at work and a comfortable fit. So far he hasnt had any problems and the battery will last him two full 12 hour shifts! Definitely recommend!

These headphones a very affordable compared to other brands and sound just as good if not better. I really like the noise cancelation feature.
