Excellent pair of earbuds the Samsung Galaxy pro earbuds are great if anyone buys them be careful with the tips if you put them on wrong then the buds will not stay in your ear I learned that the hard way so pay attention when changing the tips they go on a certain way

Absolutely love them! Just wish you didn’t have to tap the pods sometimes because it feels like you’re pushing them further into your ear.

Sound is GREAT!!!! I love how i can pause and unpause with a tap on the earphone. After a while i do feel discomfort to my ear though.

Didn't stay in my ear at all :( your trying to adjust them constantly ,causing you to tap your features button,pausing,skipping etc... Sound wasn't great,nor was noise canceling working in a factory and could barely hear conversations on a phone call while at work. Didn't try outside of a loud work setting. Had to switch to my old Bose set to make a phone call.Overall average for me

This is an excellent product it goes well with my Samsung phone I would recommend them

I lost my Bose Earbuds and bought these as a replacement. I am satisfied.

I really don't like them very much don't fit in my ear very well and turns on options when I don't touch them. Sound quality is good but comfort is low.

Good earbuds with interesting galaxy features, reasonable microphone for phone calls also, the best ear buds can't be used if you can't answer the phone also.

I came from the Jabra camp after the dreaded left bud fade out. Good sound, & you can use either bud solo. The jabra you had to use the right one or both. If you have a Samsung phone, the pairing couldn't be simpler.

As far as truly wireless ear buds go, these have been pretty awesome.

Love these buds! Sound is fantastic and they stay in your ear really well. Using the Samsung Wearables app you can really customize the noise cancellation and their sound. Battery life isn't bad but you just need to toss them in the case to charge them up.

I like these earbuds. At first, I thought they were not going to stay in my ears, but trust the process. If you're using the right size tips for your ear canal, the buds will stay in. Sometimes it takes a little while to ensure the right fit. Walk around the house, jump up and down, shake your head. One thing I also notice about these in comparison to the old buds is that the pro's connect stronger to my Samsung Watch and the bluetooth connection does not become distorted while walking/running.

I feel that the headphones are a very good quality. Compared to the Sony headphones that are a lot more expensive they are much better quality. Since they are galaxy headphones they don’t have an app for iPhone and the guy at Best Buy did not tell me that. I ended up returning them at the Best Buy on Mississippi Avenue and I 225! I have to say that the return experience was very horrific and the people that were working there were rude. The girl that helped me with my return was very mean and not helpful and unfriendly. I have had quite a few terrible experiences at the Best Buy on Mississippi Avenue and I 225! I definitely would not recommend buying anything from this Best Buy. I have had mini mini terrible customer service experiences at this place. The headphones are a great value and Have a very good sound quality but I would not suggest them if you have an iPhone because the app does not work and many of the features are useless. I definitely would not suggest buying anything from the Best Buy on Mississippi Avenue and I 25. I wish they would be a little bit more friendly and I has bothered me that they are not and I have spent a lot of money at this place.
