These ear buds are awesome the sound is crystal clear and I love the noise canceling feature they are easy to use also!!

Great sound quality but horrible desgin for the fit. Kept slipping ouy while working out at gym. Re-adjusted and changed the tips but that did not help. Ended up switching to bud 2 but same issue. Design is just bad

I use to be anti best buy when I had a horrible experience with a digital camera that was D.O.A. after paying a protection plan and sending out the camera 6 times to the manufacturer I finally received a new one. I finally took the plunge on getting earpods. Kim was amazing and helped me pick the galaxy pro to be more compatible for my phone. I absolutely love them and have had no issues. I purchased the warranty again hoping to not have to use it. Thank you for restoring my faith in best buy with your amazing, kind and patient employees.

Fantastic sound; I was amazed at the quality of sound and the noise cancellation is great. Great to wear at the gym.

Upgraded from the Samsung galaxy buds to the galaxy buds pro huge difference clearer sounds quality

I gave these as a gift today-Christmas. The recipient seemed very happywith them. They are currently charging and i do not have further information other than the lavender color is very nice. I gave 4 stars because they seemed to be as represented and i assume they will work as expected. They really wanted me to review

These Samsung Galaxy ear buds pro are one of the best ear buds you can buy. They work great and the sound is awesome.

So far so good. My son loves them and says these are the best he’s ever had. The noise counseling works great he said!!

I've had nothing but problems with these since their purchase. First, the included tips are very uncomfortable and will slip out easily. They don't stay connected and require resetting, which means take them out and put them back in the case for 10+ seconds. They also don't recognize that they are in my ears and I have to do the reset 5 or 6 times before they both recognize they are in my ears. Until they do decide they are in my ears, ANC and ambient modes don't work. Samsung support has been a joke. They should replace these as they are still under warranty. They won't do that. They want them to be sent to a service center which will take 2-3 weeks. Completely unacceptable. Save your money on these pieces of junk.

Great sound. Easy to use. Stay in ears well. I like that you can block touches on the earbuds.

The play well I have no problem. And they cancel out noise really well. And they fit comfortable in my ears

I like how it fits in my ear and doesn't falls out. I also like the quality of sound and it's easy to pair with my phone.

My husband just loves them. He works in construction so the noses are very loud. These help a lot.
