They work great, but I'm disappointed that I paid that much money for them and don't use them. I was tired of chasing them on the floor. My husband has a pair and uses them daily. I don't know what the difference is between our ears that he doesn't have a problem, but I do.

Apparently this is a known issue and a lot of people are having the same problem. Samsung has known about this since the second model they made even before starting with the pro line. They use some kind of an alloy that a whole lot of people are allergic to in their buds. I literally gave this away.
