These work as advertised and I woud recommend them for purchase.

Bought these for my husband. He wasn't sure he would like them but they work great and give him the freedom he needed from a corded ear bud.

The touch features get in the way when trying to adjust in ear but overall still a good buy

Doesn't stay in the ear securely, sound quality and volume lacking, when i went to return them for a refund with receipt i was treated like garbage. Oh if you pay for geek squad you can get better service and treatment but not if you don't. What if you can't afford it?

Great buds really enjoy. Love the color but a blue option would be nice.

These Buds are great. I really like the features that I have explored so far.

Upgraded from the Galaxy buds+ - I like the fit of the Galaxy buds+ better but this summer when I can be more active this year I will put these to the test

you use a Samsung Galaxy cell phone,...so download the application because it will control all the power of this device, because it's amazing how this works

Overall bad bud design... I haven't the expertise to know an average ear shape/size but I believe that my ears are of the average. These ear buds constantly fell out of my ears while doing minimum normal head movements. A slight tilt to the right or left and out they would fall. And I am, or have been, a loyal Samsung product buyer/user. The sound and features are also below my previous experience with the Bud+ model. The battery life may be good but it was less than a couple of hours when I used ANC or the environmental noise technology.

I have owned 2 sets of these and they are good for a little while. The problem is they have what is in my opinion a design flaw. There is a filter in the back to keep ear wax from getting in on the speaker and over time, especially if you are using these while sweating and whatnot, like working or running or biking, that filter will build up with wax and you will hardly be able to hear these things. Cleaning it is not something they wanted you to do but it can be done, but both times I tried to the issue came back again but faster. Got maybe 3 days out of them. Don't buy them despite all their other redeeming qualities.

Got these for the wifey and she loves it... the only complaint I have is the noise cancelling feature works too well and she never hears me calling her now.

I love the color, but for me they are kind of uncomfortable.

Have a hard time keeping it in my hears and battery life isn't as good as my other ones.

They work Great and I'm very happy to have purchased them.

Works great. Zero complaints. Its ease of use and compatibility with my Samsung is much better than other ear pods I've owned that cost twice as much. (Sony $250+)

Great ear piece for music phone calls, etc.... the active listening is great

LOVED THEM, BUT COULDN'T GET PAST THE EARS HURTING NO MATTER WHAT TIPS I TRIED, INCLUDING BUYING MEMORY FOAM,, SO I EXCHANGED FOR BUDS 2 AND NO REGRETS, THEY WORK JUST FINE FOR ME AND THEY'RE MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE. but , everyone has different size and shape ears, so give them a try,, but if no good, go with the buds 2.

Excellent ear buds. Typically don't like ears buds cause they fall out constantly for me but, these have been great. I liked them so much i bought a pair for my wife also.

Well worth for the price the features work amazingly I went from the buds first generation to this night and day different even bought a second one for my wife she loves them.

They are awesome except the battery life it won't last more than 6 hours
