    Got these for Christmas and they won’t charge. They are out of the window to be returned and haven’t been able to figure out how to get help from company.

    these were not very comfortable and constantly fell out of my ears even after trying different tips that were provided. i did a return

    Love the sound, they sound great. The ANC and Ambient are cool too. They don’t stay in my ears tho. I am constantly fiddling with them to keep them in correct position. I am Samsung everything and I think they could have done a better job with this issue.

    These Bluetooth are very bad, they are barely 2 months old since I bought them. I've only used them for an hour a day and they can't fully charge

    They constantly fall out and were not comfortable at all. Sound was also subpar to the other buds in the samsung lineup

    First - I was most impressed by the bass quality, given the form factor here. Obviously, there are a lot of "true" wireless headphones on the market now offering a range of sound and user experiences. These rise to the top of both, as they should, with one caveat: requires you have an android phone and download the required app. If you do, these pair very easily and function alongside the case. If you don't want the app or you have another phone OS, the user experience is just like any other bluetooth wireless headphone experience. As for the sound quality - everything sounds excellent and the voice quality over the phone was very good as well. The active noise cancellation met expectations and the transparency mode did as well. As stated before, users that want a lot of bass in their ears will enjoy these. I don't think you can get much better unless you go to another form factor (over ear). I think the battery life could be improved, but the bud/case solution very much alleviates that issue. I tend to listen to mostly podcasts, and when I do, it's only in 1 ear. I get all day use by just swapping ears. I only use both if I'm working out with music or if I want to tune out from the world (like when I have to go grocery shopping amidst the pandemic). If you listen to music for your entire day, or like to take advantage of the noise cancelling at all times (doing so in one ear is discombobulating), you might want to look for alternatives that go longer than 4-5 hours. The USB-C charging is nice. It's a much better solution than micro, and I would never buy anything this expensive with micro again, given the reliability. Overall, I would recommend these to anyone with the budget and with an Android.

    WORST HEADPHONES TO BUY. I LOVE SAMSUNG BUT THESE JUST SUCK. RETURNED THEM AND BOUGHT APPLE AIRPODS TO WORK WITH MY SAMSUNG ULTRA.

    Superior sound. Had some problems with fitting but got it worked out. Still can't believe the sound and the ease of use from switching to calls and changing volume to skipping and repeating tracks. Great product!!

    Extremely upset. Left ear bud went silent after just a few uses and NO drops. 1 day after return policy was up.
