Excellent pair of earbuds and associated app! However, battery life and slipperiness shave a star off. You can enjoy a great sound experience with these true wireless earbuds!

I really like thses u fave 4 stars because of the fit my ears are small and they tend to fall out especially when i sweat but overall great product

Little skeptical but I was wrong,great sound very nice fit and the app give you options that you would not expect,thank you Samsung.

Two stars for the sound and features but the fit is awful. Even with earbud foams. I'm disappointed because ive never spent that much money on ear buds.

these ear buds are okay. Samsung is not as reliable as one would think and so these do lose connectivity at times and they start to hurt my ears. They work some of the time but not worth the price!

Initially good quality and great fit. I developed and allergy to the material and broke out in blisters and had pain with drainage in my ears. Samsung does not back their product quality as they just suggested memory foam for the tips. The 25 dollar tips only made the earbud not fit and fall out. Now I have and unusable 200 dollar waste of money product.

Falls out my ear, doesn't fit well. I can hear pretty well on them. Noise canceling works well.

Worst earbuds ever. Previous versions a loooot better. It is imposible to keep them from falling out of your ears while jogging or even walking. I tried changing the tips and all thr advices from Samsung Support. If you are thinking on buying, please dont, do yourself a favor. It is frustrating for a $200 item to have an issue so relevant.

Sounds good but the tap feature to pause, play, skip ect. is absolutely garbage!! Im a big fan of Samsung Galaxy but they failed big time on this feature. I will be returning my earbuds and my switch to apple after this. A simple feature that every other earbud has gotten it right or at least works. and for this reason i give 1 star. Maybe I got a defective pair. Ill return and change comment if need be.

I don't know how I've lived without these for so long. I love that I can pause/play/skip by touching the buds and when I start talking I can hear myself. They're easy to use and sound amazing.

The product is very good in quality and performance, the satisfaction is second to none.

These are louder than my live ones but they don't stay in my ear as well as the live ones did.

They a little big but fit on and seem to stay on. The case could be sleeker and smaller.

Got these for my son to replace the ones he lost which were the first generation ones. He really loves these cause he says he can hear a big difference from the ones he had before.

Way over priced at 199.99 SRP, would not stay in my ear, (yes I have big ears) but the design just didn't help stay in your ear. Noise cancelling worked poorly if at all. Battery performance was nowhere near as good as other Samsung ear buds, including the + or live. IF I could get a refund I would.

Amazing and light weight. I really enjoy these over any other brands out there. They stay put and the sound is better than expected

I have always been huge on music had many earbuds over the years and will say hands down the buds pro have better sound than any in ear bud i have ever tried 5 stars!

I bought these yesterday at the store but since they didn't have silver on display I just went with them since I did not like either of the two other colors. Samsung seriously need to get new designers on their colors department! I had imagined silver to be like gray with a shine but it was metallic! So tacky :( Well that was my fault for not doing more research but geez... come on guys... you guys a are a multi billion dollar company... invest in designers who can get better color pallete on your products! Aside from the colors I was also very disappointed in the noise canceling function. I can literally hear EVERYTHING going on around me unless I increase the volume to mid/high... I was able to hear the TV from the next room as well as the cars going by outside my windows. I even had a full on conversation with my dad while i was listening to music with these... lol I might just return these. But the sound quality is great.

My son got these for me and i was excited. I previously had a $20 pair of jlabs that i love. First off, they hurt my ears. I've twisted and turned them, switched the little silicone pieces out ans just have a hard time getting a good fit. Next thing is the static! So much static in the right bud randomly i actually was reaching for a phantom cord thinking i had a kink in it! Third, if you have long hair and reach to push it out of your face and accidentally hit one or both of the buds things happen! very sensitive to touch. I really wanted to love these more than my $20 jlabs but i can't even like them. 3 weeks in and if you're not technically evolved these are very difficult to work with. I'm going to have my son exchange them because of the static and they'll just be my back up when my beloved comfy cheap earbuds aren't charged.
