Might as well not even walk with them cuz they'll fall out doing that too. They hurt after 30 minutes of use and might even give you an ear infection. Sound is good but the noise cancelling makes a whistling sound when you try and adjust it. Save yourself the money honestly Samsung flopped on this one

Ambient sound just amplifies outside sound to be a distraction. Noise cancellation, you mean noise amplification. Microphone for calls picks up every single noise around earbuds. Samsung customer service is a complete joke. No solutions to fix problem only I can send in for repairs. I only have had earbuds for 30 days and only used them from maybe an hour a day. I will never buy a Samsung product again! I have been a loyal Samsung product buyer, since Samsung was a nobody company. 20+ years

Unfortunately though, I HATE these Galaxy Buds Pro. I paid top dollar for a pair of earbuds that just will not stay in my ears. They constantly fall out. No matter how I position them or what ear guard I use, they just will not stay in my ears. All the fancy sound technology built into the buds does not matter. The ANC as well as the overall sound of your music, calls, podcasts, etc. is based on the fit with your ear. The ANC is useless if the bud is a loose in your ear. I will not take them outside of my home out of fear my $160 earbuds will end up in the the sewer or worse when they fall out because I simply did not keep my head dead still walking down the sidewalk. I even worry about losing them in the house as they end up on the floor, in the toilet, in the trash, and on a burner of my stove more than they are in my ears. Stay away. These buds are terrible.

I hate these because they dont go inside ear like the plus. They feel li ike its slipping out and doesnt feel snug. If i yarn, eat , talk it loosens up and slips out. The design is wrong.

I thought it was me until I saw all these articles saying people had the same issue. Turns out it's some material in the new headphones on the pros and buds 2. I headed to the Samsung members app and messaged a moderator who refunded me and paid my medical bills.

I don't know if I have extremely tiny ears but these buds will not sit in my ears as advertised; the body of the earbud sits outside of my ear canal and takes seconds before falling out. I have tried everything, swapped out the tips, tried to rotate them in as recommended; the only thing I have not done is purchased a third-party adapter to try and make them work. I refuse to buy something to force these buds to do the only thing they were designed to do in the first place. Ear buds go in your ears, Samsung. This is a huge problem and they are going back.

The fit can be uncomfortable and they will start to fall out of your ear. I will be taking then back to be fixed.

Be careful of allergic reaction

They caused an allergic reaction in my ear to the point that I can no longer use them. This is a well known problem so be very careful. There is a lawsuit about this.

These work and sound great if I’m just wandering around my apartment with my phone in my pocket. Though the second I leave my home, I’m inundated with interference, audio de-sync between the units, and frequent disconnects unless I have my phone directly next to my face. That’s obviously not acceptable. I regret “upgrading” from the previous Galaxy Buds Plus. Those weren’t perfect either, but they weren’t reduced to $200 earplugs the second I decide to go out anywhere.

Definitely not worth it and caused skin reaction

The touch interaction is EXTREMELY flakey. Tap three times and one out 10 times it'll registers as three taps; most times it'll register as 2, sometimes only as 1. Touch response is laggy as well. Worst of all is that whatever material the ear cushions are made of has caused a skin reaction in my ears. I've never had any type of skin allergy to anything in my life. Thanks for the wasted money and personal discomfort, Samsung.
