Love the quality and the sound of them. These are not worth the money. They always fall out of my ears.

I recently bought the Google Pixel Buds and really liked them, but when I was working out, they kept turning off. I returned the Pixel Buds and exchanged them for these Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro. Wow, what a difference between the two. The Buds Pro is way more premier and the features are once you can't get in the Pixel Buds. The sound quality is superior to the Pixel Buds and the active noise cancelation and ambient sound pass through blows the pixels away!

Excellent sound quality and good companion to Samsung devices, charging case and long battery life

I love these earbuds. They work well with my Samsung Note 9. The noise canceling is freaking awesome. Being able to adjust it is a nice feature haven't seen that with any other earbuds are purchasing the past. If you have a Samsung device these are the way to go they sound very good clear crisp and have a decent volume on them. If I had multiple Samsung devices I would purchase them for each one. This is truly a Best Buy!!!

Sound quality, battery life and noise cancellation is GREAT but the only down call is no matter what size ear buds I put on the actual bud they slip out of my ears.

Good pair of headphones. Sometimes they can be hard to get to stay in my ear. Not sure about the lifespan I've had mine for about 2 yrs and the right earbud is now not operational.

So far so much better. These are much better for Conference calls and being outside - as well as the ambient effect when speaking, and it turns the audio down so you can continue to carry on a conversation - but it only happens if i start to speak... amazing stuff... well done!

Great sound quality and battery life bass is amazing

Great ear buds when you find the perfect ear tips for your ears, I use the small size it comes with a medium size. Large and small size be in the box, the ear buds don't go deep inside your ears like the buds plus but it still fit secure. ANC is not so great but the sound quality is awesome, nice smooth bass and good treble. They connect to the phone fast and if you got two Samsung devices like a phone and tablet it can switch devices with ease.

Better then any other product in the market! Way better then air pods and these connect easily

They work great and love the surround sound and good base. They kept falling out of my ears with the middle size ear foams that were on it so I read to put the smaller ones on because they would go in farther and they worked a lot better but still would fall out now and then so went with the biggest size ones and they work better yet and only one has fallen out once. I love the fact that they can wireless charge up just by resting on the phone in there case. Now if I could just get the built in am/fm tuner to work in my note 20 ultra so I wouldnt have to pay for data.

Great sound and exceptions battery life. I love that the case changes wirelessly also.

I love these buds. Great sound, awesome range and charge holds for a long time and charges quickly.

I have had these for a couple years now and am very pleased with them. Very easy setup and comfortable to wear. I would not recommend for very active use like running as they can come lose in your ear while moving hard.

Clear and the bass is superb..the only draw back is they dont fit properly in your ear

Too large to be comfortable as earbuds. Confusing ear insertion that never feels right. Scratchy. Touch commands on the invisible buttons on the earbuds are confusing and they trigger when I'm just trying to adjust for comfort. Possibly good for every day use but horrible for the gym.

Good quality and sound! Slick design and improved functionality. The best earbuds Samsung has made yet.

got for my husband and he loves them! sound is good, price a little high, but hey its samsung!

Excellent experience using this product. Music is loud. Treble is clear and the bass is very good.

The sound quality is great. However however you can't use the ambient sound or noise canceling unless you use both earbuds which old earbuds which in a way make sense but a lot of The Times I use of The Times I use only one because I'm at work and it is sometimes helpful to have the ambient noise or noise canceling on. The other problem I have with these is they do not stay in my ear well. But to be fair this isn't only only this pair it has happened with other ones but this one just happens to be a little worse than usual
