My biggest issue is when you remove them, if you don't place them immediately back in the case and forget where you last had them, they'll be difficult to find because the sensors are often blocked even with the tiniest dust particle, therefore the Find My Earbuds method in the app won't work. Ugh!

The One Samsung Item That I Didn't Like

As a Samsung everything user, I could not wait to finally get these headphones. I purchased the 2 year warranty (thank God I did in hindsight) thinking that, hopefully, I would not need it. Pros: The touch controls. I could pause, play, skip, go back a song, summon Google, turn on/ the Ambiant noise, AND change the volume!!! all from these buds. Cons: I could only enjoy these effects for aboout 20 minutes when my ears would start to hurt like crazy. Before you ask: Yes, I changed the eartips. Yes, I tried different tips and grips for each ear. Yes, I tried to hold my ear different ways while inserting the buds to get a better fit. But no matter what all I tried, these buds either fell out of my ear or I had to take them out because of the pain. Long story made short, they are the best in sound and functionality, but when it came to my small ears, comfort went out the window :( It might fit better if your ears are normal size unlike me.

The others are for the women they like the sleek look. Although I have used my wife's on occasion. They're just as good just don't fit a larger ear like mine!! Lol! Great soun and durability. I can't wear airpods, they rub raw spots on my ears. These are amazingly comfortable. The ambient sound feature works pretty well. The volume control is great too. Love the color, it's distinctive but not garish. I'm very happy that I got these!

Only trouble I've had has been with the touch sensors, haven't quite figured out the advanced touch features. The case is a little bulky for pockets imo. I still love the product and think its better than anything on the market, the only arguments that can be made against it are opinion based.

Love the sound quality and the fact it comes with different size earbuds. I typically don't like wireless earbuds because they never fit my ears and always fall out. However these are not those same earbuds. Would recommend to anyone looking for wireless earbuds for their Samsung devices!
