She loves them the ease of use the sound/talk quality. She also has a bad neck so talking on the phone was always hard for her, now she does not have to suffer while we talk. It’s very important sticking in tough with family. And I am glad Samsung gave us a better way of chatting and catching up.

Surprising the white still looks good(ive had white prodecuts in the past and theyve become discolored after a while). THE SOUND IS IMMACULATE!! Better than bose imo only complaint i have is they fell out my ears easily sometimes

Great sound easy setup

The only thing not making them 5 star is that they get uncomfortable after a while, and by that I mean a few hours. I wear while working all day and they do start to hurt after awhile. I came from Beats ear buds that are slightly smaller, but as I get used to the Samsung buds I feel like that may change. I would recommend these full heartedly though.

These were for a backup pair to his really expensive ones by another brand. He loves these Samsung earbuds! I was surprised, but he does and he wears these now instead of his more expensive pair. I have these earbuds, too, and love them. I wear them biking outside.
