So far my use has been mostly phone calls and meetings. Sound quality is good and microphone is clear for people on the other end of the call. Still adjusting sound through the Galaxy app as well as ambient noise setting takes some getting used to.

The right one broke after a few months of use. The quality is good but sometimes when I try to get it to play Spotify with 1 press like it's supposed to, it doesn't work. The battery is really good though.

These are pretty good, unfortunate part is that my ear shape makes it so wearing them for long periods make them hurt and they also tend to slip from my ears, even with the wings, but overall sound quality is good and calls are super easy.

I purchased these before I lost one of the earbuds and immediately went out and repurchased some of the best sounding well-balanced earbud that I have the app just makes these earbuds perfect for me.

I absolutely love my ear buds. I was one of those people who did not like anything in my ears. However, these earbuds changed my mind and I would highly recommend buying them and I promise Galyou would not regret it.

I use these with my laptop, and the sound is deep and clear, and they cut out external sound very well. I just wish I could use an equalizer with them on my laptop; other than that, they're very good.

I absolutely love these headphones. I prefer these compared to the Apple Headphones. I like the fact that they have suggestions by tapping the headphones with your finger. I definitely recommend these headphones.

These are excellent quality wireless earbuds! If you are using a samsung phone it makes it even more easy to use. Although they are not technically noise-cancelling they do a great job at blocking out background noise.

Very great product but still too high on price. Regardless I would recommend for anyone using a samsung phone. Hopefully the product will be more affordable at a later date. Best fitting ear buds I have had.

The battery life is great for truly wireless earbuds. I have worked for almost 8 hours listening to music and playing games and still had some battery left. I suggest using the Galaxy Wear App to manage and control the earbuds.

Very happy! Grwat sound and easy to use. I Bought these for my wife and she loves them. At work she often wears one ear bud to listen to music and at the same time the other ear bud is charged/charging in the case.

these buds fit, give very good sound for buds, and the most important thing for me is people can actually hear me now. That has been the most important thing for me with buds. If call quality is important, these work well.

Took a bit to get them to sound good. Hadt to put bigger ear tips and wings on and after finally getting them positioned just right, they sound decent. Hard to adjust in he ear while listening as I keep touching the control pad and the ambient sound adjustment is nice.

They are lightweight and sounds great. I love the ability to wireless charge the case. I had the ear piece fall out of my ear a few times. I just had to make sure they are my ear correctly. Only complaint is wish they had a water proof rating.

These buds make it easier to listen to music while mowing the lawn or working out at the gym. They match the color of our sports team so I can use at the game as well. Stay charged so it doesn't have to be recharges as often.

These buds are awesome! They are light and comfortable for all ears. They have really great sound and I love the ambient sound adjustable feature. I highly recommend these earbuds! The color choices are awesome and so cute!

Best ear buds Ive ever owned. The only thing I would change is that the buds have to be out or the case or the case has to be opened to connect to the case and see the battery level.

This is my first pair of wireless ear buds, I usually prefer the over ear kind because of the comfort. But these are surprisingly comfortable. They do not fall out when running or walking around. The shortcuts are cool and they look better than airpods to me.

I rated poor not because if the product but because of best buy and the way they handle this situation....So I love technology and I always try to keep up with the latest and greatest... However one of the main things I keep and mind is that is not perfect so with that being said I put some type of insurance or protection warranty in all my products that I purchase. Not just from best buy. So when I purchased the buds plus I got the black standard and opted in insurance at time of purchase. Then I decide I lived them so much I wanted to get the exclusive blue color that best bad had to offer. Ok so I did the return got the blue ones but could not add the insurance back. I was told at that time by the manager who was very helpful and still helpful today.. However I was told that eventually I would be able to add the insurance and that best buy was working on a sku because they haven't made one yet for the blue ones to be added. Needless to say I was told even after my return period I would still be able to add.. It has since been a month and the nice manager at the store is continuously working with upper management so I can still add. I think it's poor business practice to sell a product that you choose to cover cannot be covered when you was told that it would be. Tho I understand thru theses times a lot of things are delayed but after a month I should have some type of update and I have not. Luckily my buds plus are still working fine but in the event something happens I still have no coverage. Best buy Corporate.. Please do better because thru this experience I will go else where if I want to purchase anything like my headset going forward. Other then that the product is awesome and I will looks forward to purchasing from a different source in the future... After I use my gift card.. Mind you I was reimbursed in the gift card until they could add my coverage which seems it will ner happen.

love these buds. I use this when I go hiking. I love the ambient sound feature when I can still hear the faint noise around me in my walks and it is adjustable. i highly recommend this galaxy buds.
