Great Ear Buds

I really like these. They have stayed in my ear just fine and the sound quality is very good. I like being able to adjust the infusion of background noise. Hearing both, what I'm playing mixed with ambient noise took some getting used to.

I did not purchase insurance for the one's I lost. Then when I purchased these, I asked to put insurance on them in case I lose them again. The person who assisted me only gave me information for an insurance that did not cover loss. When doing so, I asked if it covered loss, he sa8d yes. Needless to say, I'm now on my third pair. Best Buy staff needs to get it together. People are not made of money.

The sound quality is not as high as my Bang & Olufsen headphones but the sound quality is very good, 8/10. They recharge fine and so does the charging case. I never have any problems connecting to my phone, (Samsung Note 10+) or my Dell laptop.
