I love these earbuds but they have one huge flaw. They cut out roughly once a minute every time I go outside. When I'm indoors they are flawless. They're comfortable, good sound and great battery life. I've done any available updates and it looks like there is no fix for this issue. Other people have mentioned the same problem. Looks like I'll be forced to try a different brand.

The comfort is great, they stay in your ear well, however not being waterproof is an issue for sure, i work outside in AZ and getting them wet from sweat always makes me nervous. I purchased april 3rd today is june 15th and my right pod no lomger connects or charges.., i like them but for 100 bucks i wish they lasted longer

Says they're actually the first pair that fits in her ears well since she has small ears. Connects easily with the phone and doesn't lose connection at all. Loves the recharging case and we did purchase a silicone case cover to keep them more protected since she's a bit rough on electronics. I tried them 2x and have liked them so much for myself that I purchased a pair as well.
