Pretty easy to use and comfortable. The tap sensors could be more accurate though. I still prefer these than to the pro.

I bought these sept 1st of 2020. The worked excellent. Super happy with them however just a little over their warranty (1yr) period they started to give issues. The volume became REALLY low and not matter what I did it not fixed. I searched all over the internet and tried everything. They are unusable. So, good job Samsung perfectly timed with the end of your warranty.

Excellent sound quality and comfort of earbuds. Only negative comment is that I wish it had headphones to use with phone.

I've been a fan of music and headphones and I finally found a bluetooth pair that doesn't make me cringe. If you're an apple user, get the airpods-duh. But if you're in the galaxy marketplace, don't feel like you're taking a step down because the price is so much better. These are excellent headphones for listening to. The on phone ambient controls are great, and the "find my earbuds" feature has come in handy several times. I love these.

Samsung earbuds works pretty well. Every now and then sounds like a song skipped. Earbuds very easy to use.

Great sound and comfortable to wear. Only downside is because its glossy the fingerprint stay on.

Got these for Christmas, so I haven't used them much yet. The sound seems ok, though not as good as my wired headphones. I don't think they're bass heavy and treble sounds ok; as well. They do take a couple of tries to sync up to my devices. It took a while to completly charge up, don't know long the charges will last; time will tell. I bought these to use will cutting grass, to wear under my hearing protection; so that will have to wait till spring to test. I think I would buy them again.

First wireless buds purchase. Like the color and fits well. ANC needs improvement. Good integration with samsung products.
