The sound gets a little wonky around water (bathroom/sink) and microwave units, but for the most part the audio comes in clearly. The earbud tips are comfortable but can occasionally slip and have to be secured again in the ear. If they are on sale, then I would recommend this product to others.

There's an ambient sound mode where the small microphones allow you to listen to people around you while your music still plays, which is great since I listen to music while I work! The tap control "hotkeys" are nice and convenient. They hold a charge real well and the charging case that comes with it is very useful and sleek!

I can't speak for the sound quality because of the fact I have not worn them on a consistent basis. I prefer to put them in when I get a call. Problem is the surface is so large that I find myself hanging up on someone when I'm putting them in my ear or trying to be too gentle and then I fail to get them in my ear correctly and they fall out.
