This product works well and are comfortable. One oversight I made before purchasing is that this product doesn't work with Apple products (as far as I know). I have an iPad that I use often and I have to switch to another earbud product if I want to listen to music or video content.

They have an issue registering touches. its actually quite annoying and the liberty pro 2s i have dont have this issue. sound quality is honestly amazing and the active noise cancelling is great too! but it has no bass to speak of

I love these earbuds as long as you pick the right size ear plugs and get a good seal. I own Airpods Pro, Sony xm3's, Bose soundsport, and overall I like these the best. They have great passthrough loud enough so you can hear people talking.

Very good headphones, sound quality is excellent. They stay in your ear ven if you are running or moving fast, they dont slide or move at all from the position. Water resistant, so sweat will not damage them. The battery life is very good.

Definitely was expecting a little bit better sound and some bass. They work great, auto connect and all the cool stuff. Musically though, hmmmm. I don't wanna spoil them, but Samsung can do better. Now I know I can connect the AirPod Pro to my Galaxy Note 10+, I'll probably be grabbing those instead.

Most important thing to remember is take the time to put the right wing tips and silicone bits on these ear buds. If you do not have a good seal the ambient sound is really nonfunctional, so is the sound canceling feature. I love them.

I was wondering around the store to purchase something because I was in a somewhat depressed mood. Not knowing what I wanted I stumbled onto the Galaxy buds and the nearest worker helped me and answered all of my questions.

I was really excited to see that you had them in the blue color. Shipping was fast. The wings on them kind of hurt my ear but swapping out for the smooth band helped a lot. I was able to wear all day with no pain and they barely feel like they're there.

I received these for a birthday gift from my daughter. I really love them I just wish that they came with the hook behind the ear, because I am afraid that one might come out of my ear, but other than that they a great.

Purchased the original galaxy buds for my husband one went bad, so we upgraded to this set of earbuds galaxy buds+ and my husband loves them! He brags about them and the color he thought was super cool since the first pair were just all black.

These were just ok. I have a Samsung phone so setting them up was very easy. The sound however is just ok. Not bassy or loud enough for me. They do stay in your ears quite well and they do hold a good charge.

Its pretty good audio quality could be better if my phone supported Bluetooth 5.0 but still works fine. The ear tips these have don't have a secure fit so sometimes it would come off on its own. The biggest ones it has those not help much. Also pretty likely to get itself dirty

Had these for about 2 weeks. Sound is great, but for reasons unknown left ear just stopped working. Even after doing all recommended steps from Samsung, problem persisted. Replaced them with new pair and ended up with the same problem

I purchased these as a backup to my Bose. Overall these are ok better than echo and other earbuds I've tried. Pros: Can locate a lost bud similar to Bose Can use either or both bud for talk unlike Bose. Cons: Sound okay but not = Bose earbuds Does not stay in ear securely unlike Bose.

The sound and voice qualities are quite good but the battery life is less than half of what was advertised. I'm planning to give them a bit more time but a return is a possibility if battery life remains as it has been.

I got these for my wife because she was always holding the phone with her chin whenever she was talking on the phone and doing house work. So I figured these would come in handy. The touch feature takes a little getting used to but works great.

The Galaxy + enhanced their Ambient Sound feature... you now have 4 levels for Audio AND a level for phone calls which is new. The sound is crisp and the fit of the buds is better than the first (more sturdy). Im very glad to invest in this item.

Excellent customer service and great product!This is my second time purchase as after having this earbuds for a year I decided to get it for my mom for Christmas. Very comfortable fit, light weight. I use it every day and enjoy it :-)

Pros - sound quality is fantastic! CONS - Literally everything in my house that require electricity to operate interferes with the signal for these things. My keyboard which isnt even bluetooth made these chirp and pop whenever I typed on it. Plugging in my phone to charge made these drop signal when I had them attached to my pc. Its such a shame because these sound so amazing, but cant hold a signal to save a life and are constantly dropping out. Also the syncing is awful on these and watching videos or movies on my pc, the audio was out of sync by a half second or more making them completely unusable in that regard. Using a USB 5.0 (the latest most super touted awesome usb bluetooth dongle) and they still had issues with sync and audio lag.
