The only problem I've had is that they are a little uncomfortable after a while. I already tried the different options and it's the same thing. Other than that excellent product.

There is not much difference between the buds and buds+. Except both the buds hold same charge. Sound quality is a little better maybe.

I am completely satisfied with these babies. Sleek and low-profile, I couldn't ask for a better earbud. Really a fan of the Samsung Wearable line!

Got these for my wife for X-mas and she loves them. She hasn't complained about them even once so far lol I still think the price is way to high for just earbuds.

Great quality and it fits perfectly you wouldn't have to worry about it falling off. It is not uncomfortable like the earbuds live.

Pretty good and cute set of earphones. I like that I could pause and skip music, as well as adjust the volume just by tapping or holding on to the earbuds.

Got these for my dad for his birthday and he loves them. They were very easy to set up with both his Samsung phone and his Motorola tablet.

Earphones worked great for about 1 year, but now the volume doesnt go as high as it did before. Disappointing.

Audio through these buds is very good. When you are talking on your phone it easy to accidently touch the ear bud and hang up your call.

It was a great product, easy to pair, with great sound and noise isolation until a year after purchased, when one of the earbuds stopped working. I purchased them in 2020, by 2021 one of them stopped working. I kept using the other one, but most recently that one stopped working too. Unfortunately, they only had a year warranty and I did not purchase extended warranty.

The absolute best bang for the buck pair of true wireless ear buds on the market, unless you're deeply in the Apple ecosystem.

Overall a good buy for the money. I get a bit of static in them though. I may need to mess around with the ambient sound settings. I would purchase again.

I've enjoyed the buds. They connected easily to my phone (paired). I really like the case which is small and compact. I do recommend them.

My husband loves these earbuds. He uses them all day. They're easy to use and you can change settings from your phone to your preference

In my opinion, better than airpods. I've burned thru 4 sets of airpods in the past 2 years. I'm confident these Buds will outlast all the others.

Great buds. Have had them before but kids took them. Have tried others, but rhe wings really get a good secure fir in your ear.

I really love these buds. The only complaint that I do have is that when adjusting in my ear I sometimes disconnect the buds from a call. Too sensitive to touch.

You have to be a little careful because the touch controls are sensitive and even light touches can set it off, but overall a great product!

These are fine. The ambient mode allows me to still hear people talking to me, which is much more convenient for both them and me.
