3rd pair, one earbud stops working
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love Samsung. All my mobile devices are Samsung. But these earbuds are garbage. I purchased my galaxy buds in February and was so excited. I had researched and decided to move forward and buy. They were great for a month then the right earbud stopped charging. I reached out Samsung, they had me send them in and they replaced them with a seven day turn around. Ok, cool. Those lasted about 3 weeks and then my right earbud stopped working/charging. Samsung gave me a refund so I can purchase the Galaxy Buds +. Had the Galaxy Buds+ 2 months and the left earbud stopped working/charge. Now I have to send these back and wait for my replacement again! Very disappointed in this product. My son has had his airpods for a year with no complaints.
