Kind of disappointing sound quality. Noise reduction is non-existent. Mic picks up all ambient noise. Also, didn't fit well in my ears. It wasn't bad, just not for me.

Im not a fan of the tap function of these earbuds. The right ear bud speaker is starting to fail now after a year

I had them for 7 months and the right ear bud has a really low volume. After trying Everything from resetting, cleaning, and turning up the volume through the app, and many other things. I purchased a set of Bose noise canceling ear buds. I asked a guy at geek squad about it and he said it’s probably a internal software issue. Would not recommend.

I had very high expectations when I bought these after watching a bunch of review videos on YouTube. They were very favorably reviewed. However, in my experience they didn't sound good. Not nearly as good as my airpods...and those don't even have great sound. They sounded very flat to me. I's gotten better sound out of $20 wired earbuds. They also kept wanting to slip out of my ear. When I tried to adjust them I'd accidently hang up the call. I returned them after a few uses

They are ok. If you are looking for a lot of bass, don't buy these. the little quarter size tv speakers sound better than these over priced buds.

It keeps disconnecting when i'm riding my bike and when my phone is in my fany pack. it also disconnects when i'm using it on my samsung chromebook. I do not recommend

A bit tinny and after a short time people complain that they can't hear me talking in a phone call. This was replaced by a 2nd set which has the same issues.

Sounds good, but doesn't fit very well even with the different size ear covers. Always feels like it's too heavy on the exterior and about to fall out.

I love these earphones for jogs and exercising. The only negative I have is because the earphones sporadically turn the volume up or down by themselves while I'm running.

Rate it a 3 because after about 6 months of owning it, one side stopped working. Thank goodness I got protection. Brought it in for another one, upgraded.

They ok i just want earbuds that actually last over 8 on 1 charge these actually last 5 hours but it said 11 hours and thats,why i bought them.

You might as well pay less and order geek squad refurbished ones or buy from somewhere else. I paid full price and recieved a set that was covered in dust and dirt. The box was retaped closed with clear scotch tape and the inside has dog hairs and dust all over the place. I don't understand why I was sent these ones when I paid full price for new ones but I gues I'll just clean them up with some rubbing alcohol and see if they work. Kinda disappointed with best buy on this one, not gonna lie.

Great sound and also cancels out outside noise but when I wear them I get the same feeling and echo as when water is in my ear.

I got these for my husband and he really likes them and the color, only giving it 3 stars because of the COLOR best buy doesn't offer the extended warranty on them.

it's hard to keep them connected. Right in the middle of conversation they disconnect them I have to go to bt window hit disconnect then reconnect... annoying!

I don't like how they fall out of the ear. I lost 1 side because it just popped out of my ear into a manhole.

The audio quality and fit is fine i dont know if it was my phone or just the buds i have but they kept disconnecting from my phone after having em for a month

Its a beautiful well fitting piece but it keeps losing connection to my phone and that's frustrating to the point that I will have to return it Nash

I bought these as an upgrade from my older ones. However, I like the older ones better. These don't stay in my ear as good and sometimes they fall out

The buds are ok. Its very difficult to answer incoming calls. Battery life is not great. When I have bent down to get something the buds fall out of my ear.
