    I purchased these not even 1 month old they dont charge they dont work! I cant return per the rules why? Should I call BBB and file a complaint do a chargeback? What are my exchange options.

    I've had 4 pairs of these over the years. They last approximately 2 years, then the left earbud stops charging. Awesome.

    This is the 3rd pair ive had to buy, the first two lost sound in 1 bud within the first month after purchasing. Very unhappy with samsung and their lack of care towards customers.

    They constantly lose connection and had to return to Samsung for warranty service. I got them back and they still do not provide good sound or a stable connection.

    Worked decently well for 3 days. There was a 1 second audio delay but I eventually got used to it. However after 3 days they would not connect to my PC no matter what I did.

    These headphones are not worth the headache the clarity is bad the sound is bad it sounds like someone is whispering you have to update ever couple hours not worth the headache or price

    I Opened The Box. There Was No Ear Buds. Just The Charger Cable. This Is Why There Is Only Online Perchases. So I Can't Check What I Have. Before I Walk Out Of The Store.

    This is NOT a poor review about the 50% volume issue, because that can be fixed. This is because the actual sound quality is garbage. Worse than a $20 pair of skullcady..... stay away.

    Brought this product recently, but the product did not connect to the laptop or the phone. Tried all the options and still remained unfruitful. Hence returned to the store.

    After 6 months with them... my left ear bud just suddenly stopped working, it wasn't dropped or neglected in any way. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

    These ear buds are staticy. Only one person can use an ear bud at a time, and the sound in the tv goes off when the ear bud is activated, so no one else can hear the tv

    Had them for a month right side started to fail with connection to my phone and also the quality on the right side got bad quick I could barley hear anything from the right side.

    Didn’t fit well I my ears and the sound quality wasn’t there. I returned these and went with the Jabra 75t and they are so much better

    Almost 3 months after purchasing, left earbud volume not increasing. Just stays at lowest level. Tried all fixes on u tube, nothing worked.

    Used that for less than two month and left side was gone. It is totally off and not working. The item is considered as "non-returnable". How can I fix this issue?

    I use these daily and the sound out quite often. I've gone through customer service and they have no solution. I've had better sound quality on a 2002 Lincoln Town car

    They are suppose to be water resistant but after 1 minute under water one of them stop working. And the sound quality was not the best anyway.

    I purchased for a trip and wS given a guaranteed delivery date and it was postponed three days out so i had to purchased a new pair. Inwas very disappointed.
