    Love Galaxy Buds. I could never find wireless ear buds that would fit my small ears and these work great. The sound is great.

    Left earbud stopped connecting about a week ago. Tried the online support suggestions to no effect. Very frustrating experience.

    Bought these for my husband. One of the buds stop working after a year of use. Bought a pair for my son and the same thing happened.

    I'm sure for many this product will be fine. This product for my aunt was too big, too heavy for her small ears. Very disappointed.

    I hate rate it so poor but only about a month one of the earbuds stopped working and i didn't have warranty on it so I couldn't take it back.

    Was great the first week. But then they started going down hill. The left side wont play anymore. And sometimes the j ut st disconnect for no reason

    worked good for about 3 days. Left ear sound is low and tinny. Tried to reset, mess with settings and nothing worked.

    I have a Samsung phone and the earbuds do not read your notifications. On the phone with tech support for over an hour. Retunred to the store

    Left bud audio was gone within a week, unable to contact a support line and could not leave to return or exchange at a location due to COVID.

    I NEVER EVER GOT THIS. I WAITED A MONTH AFTER PURCHASE TO BE SENT AN EMAIL SAYING IT WAS FINALLY BEING SHIPPED. AND STILL NEVER GOT THEM.
