Very easy to use and connected easily to my phone, I don't own a Samsung phone and the connection process is still just as easy. The Wear app allows you to change settings with the earbuds and displays the battery life. And speaking of battery life, it's exceptional, I can go days without recharging. The sound quality is overall pretty good with good high mid and low tones, I've heard better though but that's to be expected with fully wireless earbuds. They fit well in my ears and have good noise isolation but no noise cancellation. Ambient sound mode is useful in phone calls or when someone is talking to you because you can hear your own voice clearly and the voices of others clearly as well. I would recommend these if battery life and ease of use is an important factor of decision for you. Overall great product!

These are excellent headphones. I bought these for my wife in 2020 and they continue to work flawlessly today in 2024. Unfortunately my wife recently lost them but we're sticking with Samsung Galaxy Buds for sure!

I had read many reviews of the Samsung Galaxy Wireless Earbuds Plus saying how well they performed and the battery life are. I took that into consideration as they were my first major wireless earbuds purchase ever. They haven't disappointed me yet. I really like them. They are a nice fit for my ears while just doing regular listening to working out and even jogging. The 7.5 hrs to 11 hrs listening battery life is awesome. Also the case is small, compact and easy to carry on yourself while doing activities. The range of bass is good and sound quality is excellent. Calling and receiving calls is crisp and clear. Overall they are every bit worth the $150 I expected from them. Go out and buy a pair for yourself and find out.

I bought the first ones and haven't used other earbuds. i had to get these. You can hear the bass it's definitely better then the old ones and voice as well depending on your ep setting. These earbuds have 3 mics and when you turn on ambient sound you hear more depending on the volume for the ambient sound. You can listen to music at a higher volume and still hear a person next to you. New setting let's you change the volume from the edge of the earbuds so you can have more options with tap and hold. The battery life is amazing. The new animation when you open the case with a Samsung phone shows the battery life for case and earbuds yes copying apple but better, cheaper to. The color is awesome! Love it

the case is just as bright and beautiful as the buds themselves. love! When I opened them I put them directly in my ear to play with the features They are so comfortable and don't irritate after long use. I was on my phone and listening to music during the quarantine on Easter and they never quit. The sound was perfectly crisp and clear. I loosened one out of my ear while "in secret crazy dancing" around in the privacy of my office and the music stopped to let me know I've dropped a bud. I love this feature!. One tap, two tap and your options are there right in your ear. these are great and the color is perfect! love, love, love !

Lasted a Year With Very Heavy Use

To start things off, I am a Machinist. I constantly work with different types of steels and other metals, and this means I'm constantly surrounded by some sort of metal dust due to the machining/Deburring Process. This causes metal shavingings and dust to accumulate wherever there is a magnet in the case on on the earbuds. Overtime this wore scratches into both the earbuds and heavily damage the gloss finish of the case. Keep in mind I quite litteraly used these on average 8+ hours a day for a year. So I've gone through at least a few other competitors when it comes to earbuds, and so far, these lasted the longest for me. After just over a year, a crack developed on the casing on the left ear bud. They still worked perfectly fine but this caused irritation in my ear before I noticed it was cracked. After inspecting the other earbud there was a crack in it too, and it split apart as soon as I slightly pried on it. Now for the rest, I quite litteraly didn't ever have these go dead on me, as I used them 8 hours at a time and the rated was 11 hours, I never had them go dead on me. Connection in a Machine shop is surprisingly good, I was able to walk from one side of the shop where my phone would be, and go to the complete other side of the shop (around 100 yards give or take) I was still able to get a stable connection as long as I didn't go into another room. This definitely will vary from person to person. The sound quality of these are honestly amazing. The dual drivers deliver great bass and mids, without making the highs sound muddy as long as you are on the "Dynamic" setting. The touch controls work well, but do get slightly annoying when your hands are covered in coolant and want to stop your music, it'll either not register at all or register multiple presses possibly skipping the song, but other than that the customizable hold press is nice. They are the most comfortable earbuds I've ever used, and I have quite large ears. Sweat does sometimes make them fall out or loose, but a quick wipe with a towel fixes that usually. The case honestly sucks, It works great functionally, never had any charging problems as long as I cleaned the metal dust out regularly, but the really bad gloss finish was ruined quite quickly. Other than that these earbuds are honestly the best for me and what I do for work. Especially when they are on sale, So if you won't use these as heavily as me, These will last you for a very long time. (This review was made after buying a second pair)

I got these in preparation for getting the Note10+, which doesn't have an earphone port. Boy HOWDY are these great. Sound quality is superb, talking on the phone is crystal clear, and the fit is very comfortable. I love that you can swap out the silicone(rubber?) outside to fit your ear better. I use these to workout, or chores around the house and have never had a problem with them falling out or even coming close to it. Sound: From Credence Clearwater Revival to JVNA's Electronic dk sets, the sound is crisp, bass-y, and just plain old EXCELLENT. I highly recommend these. Oh also, the color is so clean I loove it.

The best earbuds i ever had, they worked for about 2 years, the app was great at helping me find them when i misplaced them or fell asleep and the worked there way out of my ears. Once i picked the right size wing tip and locked them into place, they wouldnt come out, and they sounded great. The battery was nice, would get 1 to 2hr charge from just a few minutes of charging. These were much better than the later models that have come out from Samsung in this price range.

Let me start off by saying I use these on an iPhone 11 Max Pro. Most people write reviews and never tell you what hardware they’re using their electronics on. Being as subjective as buds can be and as dependent on hardware as they can be, I feel like more people need to disclose their uses and hardware so people can judge whether or not they’ll have similar mileage. I picked these up today. These buds are amazing!! Don’t listen to people saying they don’t have good bass. Set the music profile to dynamic and turn on Beyoncé- Drunk in love or Billie Eilish- Bury a friend and try to tell me you don’t feel the bass hitting hard on these! Likewise, you hear tons of vocal clarity with Fiona Apple’s “Hot knife” and the vocal separation from the piano sound great. You’re not going to get open sounding performance with these but, who’s really expecting Bluetooth buds to be audiophile quality?! There’s also plenty of volume. I don’t need to turn these all the way up. My wife and I disagree on them being loud or not. She says they’re not very loud but also compliments their sound; saying they sound good enough to not even need to be loud. Take away from those viewpoints what you will lol. They fit really well. I haven’t don’t anything active in them yet but for causal walkaround buds, they still in the ears without any problems. Quick and easy pairing once I downloaded and updated the iOS app. That only took a few seconds. You can configure what the touch controls do. I set my right button for Siri, my left button for transparency mode and then used the experimental “labs” portion of the app to set bud edge to control the volume. It lets you double-tap the left and right bud edges to lower and raise the volume respectively. It’s far from perfect. I usually end up using triple-taps and then it works like a charm. It’s not supposed to be something full-proof yet and that’s why it’s listed in “labs”. I think it’s cool that they let you beta test new features this way :-) Even with all of this, I still get play, pause, skip forward and backward and call controls at the same time ;-) I’m thoroughly impressed :-)

These are very balanced sounding earbuds. The bass is clear, but not thumping, and the mics and highs are good. 11hrs of usage in one go is really nice, but wish the case could provide more than just one charge. And wireless charging is awesome to have. The wingtips make these good to use while active, and you can have volume controls, and control the hearthrough mode on the buds at the same time. The seal on these are great, and the color options are good too, if you're a fan of gloss.

These exceeded my expectations in every way! The sound of these are fantastic and are on par with powerbeat pros. I feel like the galaxy buds+ actually have more base than the power beats but it may be because of the seal they make with my ears. Speaking of base, these actually have base unlike the original galaxy buds! The increased battery life is amazing but you should be aware that I have noticed after fully charged the case will lose about 8% a day to keep the buds at 100% at all times regardless of weither or not you use them. I'm not sure why that is but it was the same with my old galaxy buds so this seems to be normal for the brand. Call quality is much better than last gen and I have not had anyone complain about me sounding congested when using them. The ambient sound on these blew my mind. I have not had any trouble hearing anything anyone has said while using it on the very lowest setting and you can amp it up. Wireless connectivity is super stable and I have not had any problems with disconnect or music stutter/breakup. They connect to my phone within 3 seconds of opening the case and show a super convenient display across the bottom of the screen showing the battery lvs of the buds AND CASE!! This is huge because it was super annoying trying to figure out how much charge you had left in the case for the last gen and you pretty much had to be like, ohh the light is yellow so between 30% - 60%? Last but not least the app is much more streamline than the app for the last gen and they included useful experimental features like double tapping the side of the buds to increase or decrease volume. My current set up uses the lab volume control with long press left bud for spotify and long press right for quick ambient sound on or off which the app also remembers what it was previously set to when you put your buds up. That means if you like to leave ambient sound on you do not need to keep toggling on or off every time you pull the buds out again. So far I have not found a down side to these and if you are on the fence about getting them, you will not regret it!!

I have had these for a long time and they have never failed me! I use them at the gym all the time. I love how they can be charged via your phone too. That's a great convenience especially if there is not an outlet available. The sound is great and the way u can navigate thru your music, change volume and noise cancellation. I don't think I could have gotten a better set!

Amazing battery life, easy to use, and stays in the ear! I have multiple piercings including my conch, tragus, and rook all pierced. Even so, these buds are comfortable and stay in! My husband even sleeps with his and has no issues with them staying in place and remaining comfortable. Calls sound great for both parties and the touch controls are easy to use. Ambient mode is also wonderful and doesn't seem to affect the battery life too much.

Definitely an upgrade from my skull candies. The battery lasts decently long. I can go a few days without needing to charge them. I use them on my commute to and from work and my break/lunches at work. Don't use them very often at home. So in total probably use them about 3-4 hours a day and the battery last for few days. Sound is crisp

Very good buds, I ordered the Samsung plus because of long battery life. They last 11 hours at work on a 8 hour shift. The bass is just right. Don’t forget to download the Samsung buds plus app to control the treble and bass. These block out loud noise and their very easy to use. They don’t fall out my ear, Quality is very good. The case is small to keep in pocket. I don’t regret anything.

    Buds + Awesome = A Happy Customer

I have owned a Samsung bluetooth dongle for a long time (Model# HM-1900). It has served me well for it's intended purpose (phone calls) without any distortion, crackling or what have you. When I recently started looking for a newer bluetooth dongle I went through many (Bose, Sony, etc.) and shockingly none of them could hold a candle to the old 1900s - at least not in call quality. I was quite disappointed, because I really wanted a newer pair of the "in-ear" headphones, because the ear piece and plastic ear holder of the 1900s was starting to be uncomfortable. I then discovered that Samsung was releasing an upgrade to their popular Galaxy Buds, and after reading many reviews online I was hoping I'd found the next successor to my beloved 1900s. I ran out and purchased the first pair I could find (Best Buy in Walker, MI). Initial impressions were great - the Buds were recognized immediately by my phone (Galaxy A50) after I installed the wearable app. I got the black ones so they are super slick looking. They already had juice so I plugged the right earbud in and, after playing around with some settings in the app, I was listening to music while I drove home. Now I'm not some audiophile that needs expensive earbuds to enjoy my music. I had tried the Bose and Sony variants and the sound was superb from both, but they also sucked in call quality. The Buds+ sound awesome and are just as awesome when handling phone calls. It's also nice to have Google Assistant on the long press so I can make phone calls and do other tasks while driving or being busy. All in all, these are a definite win and a excellent successor to my old 1900s. Way to go, Samsung.

I totally love these buds, comfortable, clear, and mic is awesome. No one ever complains about not being able to hear me. The battery is unreal. Seems like they are never dead or running low battery. Sleek design which doesn't have a little white piece sticking out my ear and the touch pads on each one make it easy to change tracks, go back or pause/play. I definitely recommend these, especially if you have a Samsung phone

I love these little true wireless buds. They have a really long battery life and useful touch controls, once you get used to them. I've had dropped calls when I tried to adjust the fit during phone calls - due to the touch gesture being mistakenly triggered. I've learnt not to mess with the touch controls during phone calls, but have otherwise been using the controls for music playback quite a lot. The companion app gives you the ability to lock the touch controls, so you cant accidentally trigger actions when inserting or removing the earbuds. The sound quality is quite good and I like the fit better than on the Jabra Elite Active 75s that I also tried out. The wingtips ensure the buds stay put in the ear, compared to the insert deep method on the Jabra's. To be fair, the Jabra's never fell out during use, but I had a nagging feeling one of the buds was coming loose and had to try and push them in frequently. The Jabra sound quality was comparable but not better than the Galaxy buds+. Some internet reviews felt otherwise, but that could be a result of personal preference or a better fit in their ears. In all, I put these buds to heavy use during hours long work calls and they don't get uncomfortable. The fast charging and wireless charging on the carrying case are a plus. I tend to use the wireless charging a lot as I alternate the phone and earbuds to keep them well charged.
