Easy to pair to phone and laptop which was a plus for me because this was my first pair of wireless earbuds. They don't fall out. Easy to pause and skip to next song with touching the earbud. Also easy to answer and end phone calls. Really like the ambient feature. This is good if you are working in the office and listening to music but can still hear your boss talking to you. The only thing is I wish they had a little more bass but it could be because I have an older phone.

I charged it yesterday(3-5-20) then today I have 49%, should I have at least 22 hrs of use from a charge even if it sits without use? I can use the buds for greater than my day’s work without switching buds. Might I have a defective charging case? I’ll consult SAMSUNG first...but I’m loving these buds overall!
