comfortable. great sound when you use the large buds. the ambient sound is incredible for when your blasting music but can still converse. my girlfriend is partially deaf in one ear so she wears hers when watching movies and turns the ambient on. I was about 50ft away and she whispered the alphabet and i could hear her clear as day. very easy to set up. phone calls are in both buds. the app is very well put together and very useful.

I truly believe these are the best in ear buds on the market! I have had ever level of the Samsung line. I think if these had IPX7 water rating nothing would touch them. These are best for noise canceling and actual sound quality. The pro version still needs some more R&D but they are still good. The pro have an odd in ear fir so after my purchase I actually downgraded to the plus model again.

Nice birthday gift for myself. The sound blew me away! Buds take a little getting used to in terms of inserting them in the ear, but no problems now. The app is outstanding and I like the adjustable noise equalizer and the ambient noise feature. They both really work. My wife now has the "Live" version which is an "on ear" versus in ear and I think they are more comfortable, so take a look at both styles.

I am blown away with everything the buds do except the sound. Sound quality is excellent (maybe to good) but the lack of bass is disappointing. They do excellent job in blocking out exterior noise including my lawn mower. The self charging case is just the greatest idea ever. Buds will charge when put back into case which has its own battery which can be charged wireless when needed. They are comfortable to wear and stay in place. If Samsung could get better bass response they would be 5 star.

These are like air pods, except these work well, sound really good and keep a charge much longer

Not a huge fan of these headphones. None of the features operate as expected and I always skip, pause or start songs as I'm trying to remove the buds from my ear. The case is easily scratched forcing you to get a separate case. The sound is fine but not anything great. I've had cheaper headphones that sound just as good.

Love the battery life. Great sound. I use for music on the weekends & talk radio weekdays.
