Glad i purchased these babies. I was buying plug in buds every couple of months bc i wasnt ready to switch to Bluetooth air pods bc i thought they would to be charged every couple of hours. Not these they stay charged up pretty much all day. Great investment plus im saving money bc im not buying the cheap one anymore.

I've had these for nearly a year and theyre great. My last pair of wireless buds used to fall out of my ears all the time. These stay in pretty well and last pretty long since you can have the earbuds fully charged and get two more charges from the case. They fit nicely in my pocket and I don't leave home without them

They sounded great, the sound quality when changing the modes you really had to get used to the white noise however. I could not keep them due to a reaction I had: itchy ears, peeling, and fluid coming out of my ear. I was told the ear tips are silicone, which I have never had a problem with, so this leads me to believe the buds itself are treated with a chemical as I am extremely sensitive to just about all chemicals.

These are good but they keep slipping off my ear. Its not to the point where I need to take them back but it does happen often enough. Other than that can't complain on the quality, the sound is great and talking with people its clear for them and for me. Also since it keeps slipping off my ear when I try to push it back it hangs up the phone or stops songs that I play, the buttons are sensitive

I bought my son the regular galaxy buds for his birthday, but he claimed they retain moisture :therefore, he had trouble hearing, works for FedEx. He called, mom think i can exchange for bud +, sure. My son says that galazy buds + are much better and it tends to help with the moisture. Thank You Best Buy for assisiting and honoring my son during Covid 19.
