The buds live are good too, just not enough noise cancelation. I drive a moped and I could hear all the wind and callers couldn't hear me. The buds plus block out everything and are clear as day! You can also hear your surrounding/people very well when ambient sound is turned on so you don't have to take them out. 5 out if 5 stars in my book. Would buy again and I recommend to anyone looking for good ear buds!

They constantly slip & fall out of the ears, people can't hear you good & when you try to keep them in, they disconnect your phone calls. Nothing like the previous Samsung earbuds..

We also recommend using the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these guys due to their app and my love for the Active Watch 1 and 2, but as much I love the battery and it's long lasting, they just didn't fit my ears too well. I found myself constantly adjusting them and they just hurt my ears after like 20 minutes if use. My experience doesn't reflect on everyone as there are several reviews that praise their comfortability. The companion app is amazing, it has ambient audio which can help you hear your surrounding environment and had a "find your buds" feature which could prove useful. All in all, I wish I could love these, but they just didn't fit my ears.

THESE WORK PERFECTLY WITH THIS FEATURE. AND THE SOUND QUALITY IS EXCELLENT AS WELL. ALSO AS AN ADDED NOTE, THE AMBIENT NOISE FEATURE CAN WORK WELL FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE HARD OF HEARING.
