I have had Galaxy buds since they first came out and they have always been great so when I decided to upgrade because the battery in mine was not great anymore, I of course went with the the new galaxy buds. These are not the same, they were constantly falling out of my ears no matter the size of the cover I used and they are slippery, and the sound quality for the phone was terrible. Everyone I spoke to thought I was in a tunnel and all the adjustments to settings changed nothing. I returned these and purchased a refurbished older model.

I love them--- I have very small ears for an adult these are the only ones I have found that fit with no pain and perfect sound.

Great pair of earbuds. Nice quality. The bass is a little bit lacking. Volume capability could be better, but overall a nice pair of earbuds.

This ear buds are excellent the sound quality is great and it very easy to use. I would recommend this to anybody that love samsung

Fit great and sound great. Easy to put in and I love the charging case, and the case will wirelessly charge.

Great earbuds, use them in bed to listen to calming music, they don't fall out and the sound is amazing.

They do what they are supposed to do, i.e., they just work. Excellent sound quality. Long battery life.

These are my second pair of hands free Bluetooth earbuds. The first pair I had were some JVC ones. These earbuds don't have much base but are clear so they wouldn't work well for people that enjoy heavy bass. They are great for the gym though since there are no fiscal buttons but can still lower, raise stop, play and skip a song with touchpads on either earbud I would give these ear buds 3 and 1/2 but that is not an option at best buy so I'll give it 4 stars

Sound quality is nice. I love these because of the superb battery life. They are killing the market in the battery life department.

this is like the galaxy buds pro but cheaper. nice noise cancellation. battery is very good. sound is nice.

No more dealing with wires coming out of my ears. Sound is very good and they don't fall out under anything I've done yet.

Bought these for my wife. She loves them. They are comfortable and sound amazing. They stay in no matter what she is doing.

They sound amazing and I love them, they know how to make good products. The battery life is 22 hours. Haven't charge it for 2days now

My wife was looking for earbuds for her Samsung Note 20 and did not want something that wrapped around the ears or was corded. I found the sound to be of great quality. She particularly liked these as when she works at her office while listening to music all she has to do is tap the button on the side of the ear buds and it pauses her music or video and silences the sound so she can hear her surroundings perfectly, and when she wants to resume the sound, simply push the side button again. Pretty nice.

I love how these work, connect so easily, beautiful color, app so I can them if I lose them, has ambient, fit in my ear comfortably

I have always had Samsung products and ut has great sound quality and easy to use app.

I bought this as a gift for a family member and they use it all day everyday, the setup was easy and very customizable to each person’s needs and I enjoyed the sound quality and the feel of the product. The color is beautiful and the ambient sound feature is quite useful when talking on the phone. The touch controls are very sensitive and take some getting use to but are very convenient and will lessen the usage of the volume buttons on the phone itself which is great. Very good design and attention to needs of the consumer.

My husband got me a pair which was really thoughtful but they hurt my ears. Even with the smallest fittings they make my ears hurt. I've worn them a couple of times to try and get used to them but it's not worth the aches. I wasn't aware that they had a 15 day return policy which sucks. On the plus side, the sound is great and they don't fall out easily but they don't last 8 hours with continuous music play. My husband got the same pair of buds and really likes his.

The galaxy buds plus are great. They connect great with an iPhone clarity is awesome base is deep highly recommend.

Excellent earbuds. Long battery life, and simple wireless charging for the case. Sound profile is great as well.
