Excellent fit, Great features. Quick pairing, and excellent call quality. I didn't know I needed The ambient sound feature until I experienced it. My one criticism is that the touch controls are "too good." I actually turned them off because I have actually ended phone calls by accident. Bass response is good, but could be better. However, as far as tone reproduction, it is excellent. But, if you want to feel that ear rattling bass, then these might not be for you.

I bought these for my wife who has tiny ears. She has tried every kind of earbud and AirPod you can think of and nothing felt good. Her ears would hurt and get sore and she ended up putting whichever pair she was trying in a drawer. Until I found these things!! She wears one in her ear constantly and this has helped her tremendously at work where she always has music playing in the background. Thank you for finally making something the wife can enjoy!

It does what it is suppose to do with confidence. The device is hassle free right out the box.

I have some connectivity issues (I have an iPhone but hate the earbuds through Apple) but they are super comfy and the sounds is great and I love the ambient sound feature for when I am out for meeting to other farms and I need to converse (I have problems being able to hear clearly so this helps not asking to have the person repeat themselves multiple times) I plan on getting my husband a pair for his galaxy note 20

Sound quality is much better than previous model also people can actually hear me when I make phone calls!
