These true wireless earbuds from Samsung are quite the upgrade from their previous generations. The only reason I am not giving these 5 stars is due to the microphone still being difficult and because they don't have noise cancelling built in. I'd say 5 out of 10 times whom ever I am talking to on the phone while wearing these, say they have trouble hearing anything I'm saying. I assume it normally happens the most when its super windy outside.

I purchased these for my husband who is on the phone all day for work. He has an IPhone for work and a Samsung Galaxy for personal use. He goes back and forth between phones using these with no issue. He loves them and keeps talking about the cool ambient" feature. When talking to him, while he is using the buds, the sound is crystal clear. I think I may have to get a pair for myself.

The sounds is very clear. I love it,so i recommend it to everyone.

Fit might be a problem for some of the people. Noise cancelling does cancel some of the outside noise.

Quality of headphones is good, but could be better. Comfortable. Use with Samsung phone, my laptop and for connecting to LG TV. So far good. Sometime headphones get disconnected when you are on a call, get another call and you reject the second call. Not sure if this happens for everyone. Giving 4 stars because of the difficulty I had with BestBuy customer support for price match and the rudeness of the agent who hung up.
