Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Have you worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose? Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. Your Galaxy Buds Live come with small and large wingtips that you can swap out for a more secure fit. You could even use different sizes for each ear. If your Galaxy Buds Live do not fit comfortably, you can order a pair of Buds Sleeves. After figuring out I had to turn up earbuds before connecting to my phone , the volume is plenty loud enough sound is decent. Does lose connectivity very rarely

Only issue as with all earbuds of this type, you need to keep track. Like the charging case.

The battery died last way longer than the previous gen. I love the fact that it gives you the battery percentage of the case as well now.
