These are the best earbud headphones, hands down. The only feature they are missing is the active noise cancellation, but I have not had a problem with anyone hearing me in any situation. Love these, would recommend these to anyone!

The audio is awesome, but the best feature to me is the distance that I can go away from my phone without being dis connected. I also love the features that allow me to locate my ear buds. I'm really thinking about buying another pair.

I replaced my regular Galaxy Buds with these! And I love these! This was the best decision I made!! I will say because my ears are small, they don't necessarily stay in my ears like my old ones.

These were pretty cool But as soon as my warranty was up I had to trade them in It’s like they knew it was time I feel like they didn’t last as long as I wanted them to Upgraded to the pro version

These replaced a pair of Plantronics bluetooth headphones in an attempt to upgrade sound quality. There are times these achieve that goal but that benefit is far outweighed by connectivity issues. They're paired to a Galaxy Note 10 using Samsung's Wearble app so should be a perfect pair but even with my phone within 3 feet away there are constant drops of one or both buds. Worse yet the left/right earbuds are often out of synch making music distorted and podcasts almost unintelligible. Covid19 will make return difficult so they'll go in the back of a drawer as a reminder not to believe OEM products work best.

Well they werw good until around a year or little before they got really low volume and never got loud after recommending having another pair after a year or back up.

Needed earbuds when the quarantine hit and transitioned to work-from-home. The sales guy recommended these a d they have not disappointed. The sales guy was so caring and really helped me. He made the right choice for me!

I feel this was a very good product for it's price range. Pretty easy blue tooth set ups with my Samsung products. Slightly harder with the SanDisk mp3 player,but not to bad. It has pretty good range can use around most of my yard with source still in the house.

I like these earbuds. Mainly wear them to work so I like that I can still hear other things without having to remove them. I think I have small ears and even though the rubber band around the buds help, it actually hurts having them in after a while.

I had the bose earphones before and I loved those I thought these would be comparable but the volume was extremely lower. They have no bass whatsoever. I would rate it lower but the quality is of the product is good

Love it...downside it feels like a plug which really drowns out sound...cant hear my surroundings unless I change the settings. Still all an all I like it. Favorite feature find my earbuds with the chirping sound.

I use these earbuds everyday for at least 10 hours a day and they work really great to drown out the outside construction sounds. I actually own a few pair of these so I highly recommend them

I am enjoying this product as the quality is good and has good value for the money. The bud integrates well with other Samsung devices. Also these are light weight and comfortable to wear. The sound quality is not the best and for good for the value

These earbuds are extremely comfortable and have superior sound clarity. Unfortunately, these earbuds are not compatible with Apple iPhones, which is disappointing. Otherwise, I would recommend these earbuds for their superior quality.

Got this for my wife, they're awesome she uses them everyday since the day purchase. The dog did literally just eat one of the ear cushion's like 20 minutes ago. But they do come with spares so it was okay.

Bought the Samsung Galaxy Buds+ several months ago. They are used everyday and are awesome. My husband has wore them working outside in the heat and cold and so far no problems. We also used Best Buy price match!

Although the sound quality is good, with continuous movement the ear buds tends to loosen. Which takes away from sound quality as well as increasing the likelihood of loosing one.

The Buds+ are very good EXCEPT FOR THE BLUETOOTH capabilities. I don't know about you, but when I buy wireless tech I expect the bluetooth functionality to be there. Sadly it is not with the Buds+. I walk my dogs every morning and my bluetooth signal from my pants pocket to my ears is frequently chopped in and out. This also happens when I merely turn my head 90 degrees to look at something. If I move my hand into the direct pathway from my phone (Samsung S7) to my ears it breaks up the BT signal. I've tried all the fixes I could find on line to no avail.

Sound is very good when they work. The best I have used for the price. I did have the left earbud just go dead though. The case shows it charges but the neither the app nor my phone detect it at all.

These buds are miles better than the original galaxy buds! Better audio quality and I no longer hear any echo effects from select songs on my other buds. These are immensely easy to use as well just like the original.
