sound quality meh, stopped working less than a yr

The ear cups fall off easily, are hard to clean, and one of my buds stopped working altogether after around 6 months. Really expected a lot more at the high price point, especially from a Samsung product

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. In the past, you may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. She really really loves them, super comfortable and light. Premium build quality and seemingly polished software to control them. Actually I thought the sound quality was pretty terrible in my opinion. And the volume at max was pretty weak. I still wouldn't trade these for much cheaper set of wired headphones personally. However that being said my wife loves them and uses them all day, so I suppose it depends on what matters most to you.

Not a dog toy
