I really like the utility of portable charger's power backing up the charge on the buds own power. However a year later my buds volume went quiet. Even tho I clean them after every use. All the way up doesn't even block out external noise. I need new ones again.

Would let me answer but nor disconnect calls. All other functions continued to work. Checked software to make sure I did not disable that feature, still no luck. Would recommend for sound and ease of use, but the above mentioned problem is an issue, not sure if it is isolated.
