Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.just got a new note 10 plus and decided to pair it with Samsung latest ear buds and they sucked in MY opinion...the main reason is the volume is too low!! !even at highest settings and ear buds battery life sucks...and it would not automatically connect with phone via Bluetooth sometimes which got annoying....only reason I didn't return them is bcs a family member bought them from me or else I would've returned them ASAP!

Your earbuds can connect to Bluetooth devices for streaming music or making calls. You'll get the best experience when using the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone or tablet because you'll have full control over your music. Some features won't appear in the app unless you've already connected the earbuds at least once. iPhone 7 or later with iOS 10 or higher using the Galaxy Buds+ or Galaxy Buds Live with the Samsung Galaxy Buds app support: Streaming music, Making calls, Ambient sound, Touchpad controls, Battery status, Equalizer sound controls, Find My Earbuds, Restarting or resetting your earbuds, and Checking for software updates. Notifications, Gaming mode, and Spotify integration are not available on iOS. Keep in mind that there are a few differences between the earbud types. On iOS devices, the Samsung Galaxy Buds app is compatible on iPhone 7 and later running iOS 10 or higher. The Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Buds2, Galaxy Buds2 Pro, and Galaxy Buds Pro are not compatible with the iOS Buds app. iOS devices using Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Buds2, Galaxy Buds2 Pro, or Galaxy Buds Pro: There is no app support for the Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Buds2, Galaxy Buds2 Pro, or Galaxy Buds Pro with iOS products, but you can pair them with Bluetooth to stream music, make calls, and use touchpad controls. They are better than average, but I expected so much more from such an expensive pair of headphones. Pros Convenient. The charging case is excellent. Battery life. Comfortable. Cons Can only pair with one device at a time!!! This is a showstopper for me. Sound quality is surprisingly poor. There are a limited number of "modes" and all of them sound a little flat.
