I'm giving 4 stars based on these go with my phone and watch and sync together (sorta). The music quality is not that good if that is what you are looking for. As for functionality during calls I can hear just fine and the caller says they can hear me also. They are comfortable to me and easy for me to use. I actually use them more than I expected considering I only wanted for music but I don't use them for that at all.

I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Buds+ after being a lifelong Air Pod user. Not sure of what to expect. First, the battery life is unheard of, 11 hours on one charge. Second, the comfort of the Buds in ear, is extraordinary. Last, the pricing of the product is unbelievable for the sound quality, battery life and comfort you get, compared to more expensive models that offer less. BEST ON THE MARKET!!

I got these because I was in the market for new earbuds and just got a Galaxy S20+. The price made me balk for a bit, but I decided to take the chance. I never had wireless buds before but these are amazing. The sound quality is great. I have it paired with my phone, TV, and laptop and I haven't had any connectivity issues thus far which is great. I would absolutely recommend.

Honestly I own a pair of AirPod pros but I am not satisfied with the battery life. So I initially went into Best Buy to purchase beats tour 3 but they didn’t have those. The Galaxy Buds + caught my eye and well the sound was great, quality on calls was great too, and price is also not too bad as well. I could tell the battery life for these were also way better than the Pros.

The Samsung-Galaxy ear buds that I purchased work perfectly as described. There are several different size ear tips that you can use to perfectly fit your ear. The sound quality is phenomenal! The wireless voice pick up for cell phone use is also very good. The ear buds can be touched in different ways to control many functions. I really like the ear buds!

Incredible sound quality. Awesome bass and clear trebles. The noise cancelation can be improved a little bit. This are the first headphones I paired to all my devices without struggling. It was effortless. They have s really good range of reception... like 10 feet with a couple of walls in the middle. 9 of 10 overall. I am happy with my new Buds+ High recommend.

Pros: interchangeable ear gels help with comfortable use for long periods of time. Touch controls are responsive Great sound and the wearables app helps when you want to enjoy your music with a little fine tuning The design is nice Long lasting battery definitely a plus Cons: The experimental touch controls don't always work Wish it could be easier to switch between paired devices It's only been a week but definitely happy with this purchase.

Bought a pair for myself and like them so much I got these for my father-in law. He is over 70 with mild hearing loss and was able to use them with no issues(thank you!!) when I call people using these they all say I sound clear, even when its really windy outside. the fit my ears out of the box, but the adapters included helped my pops get a better fit. very good indeed.

Great for work since they have the pass through audio. You can even turn up the ambient sounds and turn them off by long pressing one of them (or whatever other command you map it to) Customizing shortcuts is pretty cool too. The sound quality isn’t phenomenal but pretty dang good for earbuds. Battery life is downright amazing too.

Great sound, fit, and battery life! Worth the extra few bucks to get the Buds+

I love my Samsung buds! The case can hold a charge for a few days and I get so much listening time with my buds in between charges! I have come to like the ambient sound feature during calls and I like how I can choose to have it for certain features. I do wish there was a little bit more variation in the options for the long press but I like having it set to volume up and down!

Been waiting to get these. Have tried many less expensive sets but they cannot match these. I really enjoy the exceptional sound. The app is pretty cool tool. Very good fit for me right out of the box. Very comfortable over all. The ability to contol the amount of background sound you hear is awesome. Ok enough of this and back to rockin out with these awesome earbuds.

I absolutely love these earbuds! They fit great and comfortably in my ears and have not had any issues with them falling out. The sound is fantastic and the ambient sound option is great, I love still being able to hear around me more clearly while listening to my music. The touch options are easy and very convenient. I highly recommend these!

I bought these earbuds for use with my laptop and my phone. Although you cannot have them active at the same time with both devices, making the switch between them is really easy. Aside from that, the quality of sound is really good and the charge lasts for many hours, with the charging case always at hand if you need to recharge them In brief, I really like and enjoy these headphones.
