Falls out the ear

They have rolled under cars, I've lost one in the grocery store etc.... tbeg just won't stay in. But for the few minutes before falling out i can hear great quality.

And quality is poor. Samsung now dictates complete access to everything on your phone so it's bye bye Samsung for this family.
