These have more features, come in my favorite color, have noise canceling and ambient sound enhancing features and are durable and never fall out battery lasts forever need I say more? Thank you Best Buy for selling this and for being open, and delivering excellent customer service experience!

Bought these for myself and I'll admit they are the best ear buds I've ever owned. Sounds come out so clear, music sounds so much better, during calls all my friends and family hear me so clear. Battery is amazing, can last all day, feels comfortable when in ear. Best ear buds in the market today.

I usually have problems with headphones because none have been designed for unusual ears, I guess. These buds stay in my ear whether I'm moving around, bending over to pick something up, or putting on or removing a hoodie. Sound is excellent and the buds are very easy to use.

Recently upgraded from the Gear icon buds which only lasted about 2 hrs on full charge. Didn't bother me as I'd use one at a time and switch the main bud on the app to allow me to use each bud for 2 hrs each and be able to hear ambient noises. With these you don't have to worry about that. Adjustable ambient noise level is a cool feature, even if it does have a tin can kind of sound to it. More for safety and convenience, in not having to always pause my music to hear someone unless I'm blasting the music. Usually I can't wear any sort of in ear headphone for longer than a half hr or so before it gets painful. I can go at LEAST 4 hrs with these til discomfort starts to set in. Only complaint is sound quality. Dynamic sound is by far the best sound which is actually really good for my taste. Just wish you cld customize the equalizer. Bass boost preset sound sucks as it's all bass and no treble so dynamic is the way to go. Also w 11 hrs of battery life? Highly recommend. I use w my Galaxy S20 plus.

My first pair had to get returned because the touch response was terrible. Waited a few days for a new set to get mailed out and this pair is great. The battery life is great and so is the sound. My daughter likes these more than her air pod pros and I dont blame her. Highly recommended.

Was a little skeptical at first because of call quality of first generation but that issue has been improved making these perfect for me. Now everyone can hear me. I love the sound and fit of these buds plus. Would definitely recommended anyone on the fence. Return powerbeat pros for these.

The ambient option is amazing! if you aren't listening to anything else you get super hearing. it is really fun for people to think you are listening to something and then hear what they say. They fit great and the sound from them is adequate. these are not super bassy but do the trick.

I didn't realize how great these will be. Sorry Samsung for doubt. Comfortable wear, sleek, the clear sound quality is way better than the 1st one, even if you don't customize. Now you can charge on a charging pad. Not as bulky as 1st ones as well. Purchased Blue ones. Won't be sorry.

solid earbud, they stay in place well, clear while using during phone calls and are pretty durable. I've accidentally dropped them while biking and they held up pretty well with no issues. My only compliant is they can get uncomfortable after an hour or so of use, which I guess can be expected with earbuds but overall a great product.

Easy to pair and connect. Sound quality is good, acceptable. Can be improved. Are lightweight and comfortable. The touch function is very sensitive. Can be activated unintentionally if the sensor is touched while you accomodate them in your ears. They are great overall.

These are so awesome!! I'm a small person so my ears are small also. Other ear buds are either way too big or awkward. These are just right! Plus they have an amazing sound that i love! Bonus for me is that they also can be charged with a C-cord or wirelessly!!

I really like them. These are the first pair of actual wireless earbuds that I have had and I really like the freedom of movement that these allow. The sound quality is great and the mic for calls/talking is very good. Very easy to set up and use. I would definitely recommend them!

These were a Christmas gift for a friend. The EarPods were a hit! The sound quality was outstanding and great sound. They cancel the outside noise and the Clarity is exceptional. They felt in the ear well and don’t move around or fall out. Once inserted they stay in place.

The sound quality and functionality are great with these, I owned a normal pair of galaxy buds before this. The battery is great as well. The only problem I have is the connection sometimes. Every once and a while they'll continue to play when I remove them, even though they're supposed to stop playing. Otherwise they're awesome!

For the first few weeks when I used these I had mixed results. Sometimes they sounded great with strong base, but other times they really lacked any base. It took me a while to figure out if they were not super snug in your ear sealing tight, then it would lack that base sound. The problem is, that tends to make them very snug and after wearing them for just a little bit my ears start to hurt from the pressure because they are pushed in too much. I have tried all the different tip sizes and maybe I just have an odd size ear. My other complaint is I wanted to also use these will my computer for some conference calls and videos. However they seem to have a significant lag between the video and sound so everything is off by a half a second or more. I tried this with three different computers and two different Bluetooth version 5 adapters, but nothing seemed to help. Maybe it is a Windows 10 and Windows 11 thing, but they do advertise this should work with Windows.

I absolutely love my Galaxy Buds+ wireless headphones. They are great for working out because they do not fall out. The noise canceling feature is awesome and blocks out eveything. The best part is they come in so many colors and different sizes to fit your ear.

This galaxy bud has premium look, feel and functions. The sound quality,battery life and range is excellent. It is also very well built (I have dropped them in he pool and accidentally left them in the washer and they still work!)

Hands-down fantastic earbuds. I previously owned the Gear IconX buds and the Galaxy+ buds are a noticeable step up. The extra battery life is a game-changer, they're more lightweight and a bit smaller, so my ears never hurt or get sore, and the way they seal into your ear blocks sound really well. I hate that about Airpods, they don't really block out sound and the sticks get caught in my hair. The touch features are great and the fact that you can still raise/lower volume while long-pressing on the left or right bud is a simple solution (and honestly works way better than the swiping motion on the IconX buds). My biggest peeve with other wireless buds was device switching. It was a HUGE pain to switch between my Macbook and Galaxy Phone with the old IconX buds. Not anymore! Seriously, don't even think about buying wireless headphones that can't switch between pairings seamlessly if you know you'll be using them with multiple devices.

Very easy to use and very smart. The fact that as soon as you open them you cellphone recognize the earphones even if your Bluetooth is off and recommends you to turn your Bluetooth on to be able to pair them is really nice. Also the sounds quality is very good. There is always room for improvement but it's a good product.
